| I love this camera. It is great for those that want more than just a "point-and-shoot" camera. Like most megazoom models, the Olympus SP-500 UZ has an electronic viewfinder. I have no problem at all with the batteries lasting for a long time. | |

| I received this camera as a gift from my wife. One of the reasons I really wanted this model was because of the awesome 10X optical zoom. The camera is reasonably priced. Image quality is good, the battery is durable (long life) and the zoom is good. It does lack image stabilization. | |

The transmitter is powered by 1x CR2450 Lithium Battery, sends 2.4 GHz sign to trigger slaved Flash Wave III RX receiver. It features 16 selectable, and encrypted channel, ranges up to 700 feet, far enough for most of the applications. The transmitter can be mounted directly on to a standard hot shoe or via a PC Sync cable (included). The receiver can be mounted directly on to mounted directly on to a tripod or lightstand with " tread. The included softboxes can be fold away for easy storage. It fits almost all portable flash units, produces a soft and control lighting solution for location as well as small studio setting. TX Dimensions: 1 1/4" x 3" x 1". RX Dimensions: 1 3/4" x 4 1/2" x 1". Package include: 1x Flash Wave III RX Receiver, 1x Strobe Sync Cable, 2x AA Battery, 1x Flash Wave III TX transmitter, 1x PC Sync Cable, 1x CR2450 Lithium Battery.
