| GREAT BUY I just love this indoor/outdoor thermometer. I live along the Adirondack Parkway in NY and temperature change daily. Performs as expected Works great. I assume the temperature is accurate, although I have never verified it. Out of the box, did not work I spent half hour (not counting opening the package it was packed it) trying to get the time set. No luck. | |

Weather Station Model: BAR310HG USER MANUAL
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for selecting this Oregon ScienticTM weather station.
REMOTE UNIT THN132N 96 x 50 x 22 mm LxWxH (3.8 x 2.0 x 0.9 in) Weight 48 g (1.7 oz) Transmission range Temperature Range 30 m (98 ft) unobstructed -30C to 60C (-22F to 140F) 1 x UM-3 (AA) 1.5 V battery
NOTE The language options are English (E), German
(D), French (F), Italian (I), and Spanish (S). Press MODE to choose between the following display modes: Clock with seconds. The transmission range may vary depending on many factors. You may need to experiment with various locations to get the best results. Standard Alkaline batteries contain signicant amounts of water. Because of this they will freeze in low temperatures of approximately -12C (10F). Disposable Lithium batteries have a much lower threshold for temperature with an estimated freezing range of below -30C (-22F). Wireless ranges can be impacted by a variety of factors such as extremely cold temperatures. Extreme cold may temporarily reduce the effective range between the sensor and the base station. If the units performance fails due to low temperature, the unit will resume proper functioning as the temperature rises to within the normal temperature range (i.e. no permanent damage will occur to the unit due to low temperatures). Clock with weekday. Clock with calendar. Clock with time zone offset.
NOTE Please keep this manual handy as you use your
new product. It contains practical step-by-step instructions, as well as technical specications and warnings you should know about.
NOTE We recommended that you use alkaline batteries with this product for longer usage and lithium batteries in temperatures below freezing. ABOUT OREGON SCIENTIFIC
