Excellent customer service The PalmOne was delivered promptly and in perfect working order. The real miracle however. Long Live the Palm Pilot! I was beside myself when I realized that Palm no longer made/sold the handheld Palm Pilot.

I like Palm but their refusal to fix the badly broken software in this version of the Pilot has me thinking about alternatives. I thought this was extremely easy to use. Info from my old Palm downloaded without any problem. I have Vista and it worked fine with it.

I loved this when I bought it, all shiney and slick. Palm is a great OS and I bought their products for years. Now. Durability questionable, plus non-user replaceable battery

Satisfied Customer The PDA arrived in good condition and operability. My wife is enjoying it as it helps keep her up on her schedule.
