Easy Mode Setting with On-Screen Display
For easier mode selection, the on-screen menu includes time setting, automatic summer time setting, internal timer recording with flexible 3H, 6H, 12H and 24H modes, alarm/emergency recording time mode, and other functions. The time and date for the display and selectable function control are generated by a built-in time/date generator, and menu settings allow adjustment of display positions in three steps.

A reinforced capstan motor gives this mechanism the durability it needs for heavy use. Reliability is further boosted by DLC processing, a new low-speed transport design for the time-lapse mode, and an innovative bearing design for the pinch rollers.
