| Easy to use This is a simple device with no bells or whistles. But, it functions correctly and provides the service for which it was designed. Great picture, great sound, great price, great all around deal. I bought this DVD player at Circtuit City back in May of this year. | |

| I happened to purchase this Panasonic S29 DVD player for Rs.4000.00, believing it to be a 5.1 channel Dolby/DTS machine. But it is not 5.1 but 2.0. | |

| Inexpensive, performs basic functions reasonably well. Grainy composite and overly soft, dark component picture, some ineffectual options. The Panasonic DVD-S29 DVD Player lies roughly at the same price point as a number of cost-effective DVD players. | |

| Purchased this to match my Panasonic CRT television and there is no doubt, it is a handsome player and looks more expensive than it actually is. | |

| I choose this player after an horrible experience with Sony NS 51P player. Originally I had Grundig GDV 130 which has lived its life (though short!). Cheap. CD sound. Sucks. | |
