Two or more people must carry the washing machine.
Start by tilting the washing machine backwards. One person should stand behind it, holding the rear of the top panel. The other person should grip the bottom stands at the front.

The washing machine works with cold water. If you do not, it will cause strong vibrations when the washing machine is spinning.
Safety precautions
efore you start using the washing machine, turn the tap on to check that the B hose is properly connected. o not apply pesticide, hair spray or deodorant to the washing machine. D o not put any electrical equipment near the washing machine for example a D TV, radio or battery charger. Do not put too much laundry or detergent into the washing machine. e careful not to get your laundry caught in the door when you close it. B
It may cause washing machine troubles. This could cause a water leak or damage to laundry. If its not, there may be a water leak.

f you disconnect the mains plug, hold onto the mains plug not the cable. I o not use a mains plug adaptor or extension cable. D ake sure your home voltage matches the voltage displayed on the washing M machine. If you are not sure, contact an electrician.

How to lock or unlock the door

Afterthedrumstopsspinning, the door will automatically unlock and will be signaled with a clicking sound. This can take about a minute.

How to add detergent and softener

This depends on the amount of detergent you use, and the amount of foam that develops in the main wash cycle. o do this, once the programme has finished, select T the Wool/Silk programme to rinse again. Then select Rinse using the MODE button and press START.

(This saves ironing too.) Hang wool items without folds or creases. Use a hanger for shirts, blouses and trousers. Spread woollen items such as sweaters out to dry.
Tips for hanging delicate items to dry
You can wrap a towel round the hanger to fit the shoulder width of your clothes, so they retain their shape as they dry.
If clothing shrinks in the wash
Spread the item out to its original size on an ironing board, and use dress pins to hold the size and shape. Then use an iron to steam the item and leave it to dry.

Important: dont put laundry in the washing machine during Tub Clean.

to select Tub Clean.

Put tub cleaning detergent and bleach into the detergent drawer.

f your laundry has collected to one side of the drum, rinsing I will start automatically to correct the imbalance. f theres excess foam after washing, water may drain and I refill to wash it off. (This is called foam detection.) his is normal. The washing machine has detected an T unbalanced load and is trying to correct it. lthough a foam and water may remain with the state of A clothing and the amount of detergent, it does not have influence on the performance of a rinse. his is normal. Although spin starting may be repeated, it is T a function made to spin quietly. he remaining time is estimated and corrected continually, T and this can change the time displayed. The displayed time is standard times, which may differ from the actual time required. he remaining time will increase if an extra rinse and spin T is required to correct the imbalance caused by laundry collecting to one side of the drum.
1) Leak sensor
ocated on the base plate of the washing machine, this sensor detects leaks and stops the L washing machine. If this happens, an error display starting with H (e.g. H 01) will appear, and you should contact your Customer Service Centre.
2) Hose with water-supply valve (certain types of washing machine only)
f this type of hose becomes damaged and leaks, the valve closes automatically and stops I the water supply.
3) Overflow detection
f water collects in the washing machine above a certain level, this function prevents the I washing machine overflowing by stopping the water supply and activating the drain pump.
Do not twist, pull out or bend the drain hose. Yourwashingmachineshouldbenomorethan100cmfromthedrainoutlet.
Draining to a sink or wash-basin:
