3 Hold switch (HOLD)

This function prevents accidental operation of the unit. It prevents; A. Play starting inadvertently and running the battery down. B.Play being interrupted. Set the switch to [HOLD]. Release before using the unit. Reference: The main unit and remote control each have independent hold functions.

While stopped Rewinds/fast forwards the tape. (REW: backwards) (FF: forwards) During play You can skip backwards/forwards as many programs as the number of times (up to 9) the button is pressed (REW/FF TPS).

Silent blank Reduces the hissing noise heard between tracks. Press during play. Press again to cancel. To play both sides of the tape continuously Press and hold while stopped so that k is displayed. If you select l, both the forward and the reverse sides are played through once.
