| When the TV works, it is great. I feel like this is the Range Rover of TVs... expensive, and will spend most of the time in the shop for repairs. This TV died (power board needed to be replaced) and I got the 10 blinking red lights of death. | |

| Only reason support is a 3 is I have never had to use them. I got this TV Fathers Day 2007, and I have no complaints, over 1 1/2 years. Purchased the 50" plasma @ Best Buy in mid January 2008. Forty days later, it abruptly quit working. The first day my new Panasonic Plasma arrived the power would not stay on more than 20 minutes. | |

| I hate to say "ditto" but the other reviews (the 5 star ones anyway :-) cover most everything. Excellent Picture, fantastic upconversion and rendering of 480i signal. Extremely faulty components leads to a common failure. | |

| i work as a tv sportscaster, so it was important to get a big tv to watch sporting events. crisp picture. This TV looks good on paper, but watch out if you have a problem! Mine worked great, for the first few hours. | |

| Mine died... After two years, mine just broke as well Bought this in Feb 2008 and worked fabulously until last week. Other than the amount of heat it put out. | |

| good while it lasts though one pixel did die on my set about a year ago the picture quality is amazing...while it lasts. 10 Flashing Lights Was a superb TV for about 10 months, or yesterday. | |
