00 Praha 1 ORGANISER: MEDIAAGE, spol. s r.o., I: 958, Registered Offices at Hlinky 78/Brno CONTEST TITLE: Anniversary Contest with a Chance to Win Great Prizes DURATION: From 15 March 2010 to 23 March 2010 VENUE: Galerie Vakovka, Ve Vakovce 1, Brno CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Any client who, during the course of the contes t, meets all of the following re quirements may become a participant in the contest: 1) During the course of the contes t (March 2010), the client must s pend, on a single day, in any of the shops in Gale rie Vakovka a total of at least CZK 500 (incl. VAT); 2) The client will prove the fact that they made the above mentioned purchase(s) with a cash register receipt(s) to the organise rs representative at the ce ntral s tage of Galerie Vakovka from 11:30 to 17:00 on any day throughout the duration of the contest. On presenting the rece ipt, the client will receive one contest coupon for each purchase made worth at least CZK 500 (incl. VAT); 3) When asked by the contes t organise rs representative, the participant will toss the dice of fortune, and should they advance into the contests finals, they will fill in a contes t coupon whose one part they will put into a box ne xt to the central stage on the day of the finals, i.e. 23 March 2010, from 11:30 to 16:00 while they keep the other pa rt for v erification purposes and identification during the final drawing of the winne rs. 7. HOW THE WINNER OF THE CONTEST IS TO BE DETERMINED: 1) A contest participant will toss two dice on whose sides the re are symbols of individual prizes

2) If there is the same symbol on both dice, the participant wins a corresponding prize. If the dice
show two symbols of the finale, the participant may decide whe ther they want to acce pt one of the prizes offere d by the organiser on spot or if they want to take part in the finale in which 5 winners of the main prizes will be drawn. 3) The finale during which the participants coupons will be drawn takes place on 23 March 2010 from 16 oclock on the central s tage of Gale rie Vakovka. 8. PRIZES: Minor Prizes: Gift coupons, gifts and samples worth up to CZK 500, dona ted by the operators of the shops in Gale rie Vakovka. Main Prizes - Finals: 1. PRESENTING THE PRIZE: Minor and consolation prizes will be presented imme diately after the participant of the contest tosses the dice (see point 6 - participation conditions).
Main prizes will be presente d to the winners afte r the drawing which will take place on the central stage of Galerie Vakovka on 23 March 2010 starting at 16:00 oclock. The prizes may be presented only once the winne rs identity has been verified by showing the second part of the winning coupon and an ID document. 10. AGREEMENT WITH THE RULES AND PRIVACY STATEMENT: By filling in the contes t coupon the contestant shows, of their own free will, their e xplicit agreement with the rules of the contest and their explicit agreement with the following: - Delivery of SMS messages relating to this contest to their phone. - Use of personal da ta by the host and organiser of the contes t and/ or a third party entitled, through an agreement with the organiser, to process the participants personal data, in the following extent: firs t name, surname, street, house numbe r, town, postcode and telephone num ber for the purpose of contes t evaluation. This data s hall be erased comple tely by 31 March 2010. - The participants personal data may be published, in the following extent: firs t name, surname and town, in the lis t of winne rs on www.galerie-vankovka.cz and/or in the bulletin of Galerie Vakovka and the list of winne rs loca ted at the Information Ce ntre in Galerie Vakovka. - Photo documentation of the winne r announceme nt and the pa rticipants photo may be used for promotiona l purposes of Gale rie Vakovka and the participant also agrees to rece ive emails with information from the s hopping centre Galerie Vakovka Brno.

11. OTHER IMPORTANT CONDITIONS - The participants claim to prize is not legally enforceable. If the prize is not claimed in time, it will be forfeit and will go to the host. Only natural persons resident in the Czech Republic may take part in the contest. Legal pe rsons may not take part in the contes t, nor may the members of the contest board, the hosts employees, the organisers employees, the staff of the shops in Galerie Vakovka or their family membe rs. If the purchase is made on behalf of the em ployer (except the above mentioned cases), participation is possible only with the employers approval. Neithe r the host, nor the organiser of the contes t may be held responsible in the event that a lette r with information, or an SMS message, is not delivered, nor may they be held responsible for presenting any incorrect or errone ous data re lating to the contest (regardless of whe ther this was caused by the human factor or a technical error), for any technical or communication difficulties or failures which occur during the contest or its evaluation. The host of the contest reserves the right to change the rules of the contest, even during its course, without notifying the pa rti cipants and/or without offering any compensation for the change. The com plete and up-to-date rules will be always available from www.galerie-vankovka.cz as well as the Informa tion Centre at Gale rie Vakovka. The prize as depicted in the comm unication mate rials (leafle ts, posters, web sites, etc.) may differ from reality, especially in colour and individual minor de tails. The only binding specification of the prizes is set down in the list of prizes in the comple te rules of the contest. The organiser of the contest is e ntitled to check all the conditions for pa rticipation in the contest and in the event of any conflict has the right to make the final decision regarding any aspect of the contest. The organiser has the right to exclude any of the participants from the contest if a participant dis regards the rules or if there is consequential evidence of their disregard for these rules, and that without any right for compensation of costs or damage incurred to the participant in the process. Potentia l compla ints re lated to the contest may be sent to the organise r in writing to the address contained in this document within 3 working days of the contes ts termina tion. Late r complaints will not be taken into account. The organisers ruling in regard to a complaint is final. Excessive withholding tax for the main prize will be pa id by the hos t.
