ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS BID SPECIFICATIONS
The black-and-white mini CCTV system shall be a Panasonic WV-BP71KT consisting of a Panasonic Model WV-BP70 black-and-white camera and 9" Panasonic Model WV-BM80 black-and-white video monitor. The camera shall incorporate a 13" inline transfer CCD with more than 250,000 [512(H) x 492(V)] pixels. The camera shall produce a high 380 lines of horizontal resolution with a scene illumination of 0.01 fc (f/1.2). The camera shall feature an Automatic Gain Control (AGC) circuit. The camera shall incorporate (ELC) Electronic Light Control equivalent to continuous shutter speed between 160 sec. and 180,000 sec. which allows the use of inexpensive fixed and manual iris lenses. A 4.5mm f/2.8 lens shall be provided. Both video and power shall be supplied through a single coaxial cable. The camera shall be enclosed in an all-steel housing; and it shall be UL listed. The system monitor shall feature a 9" diagonal screen with horizontal resolution of more than 750 TV lines at center. The monitor shall provide 3 camera inputs. Each camera shall connect with the monitor via a single coaxial cable; no additional cable shall be needed for power. The monitor shall incorporate an automatic sequential switcher with bypass and spot. Switcher dwell time shall be adjustable 1 to 30 sec. The power supply shall be 120VAC, 60Hz.

The black-and-white mini CCTV system consisting of a 12" CCD black-and-white camera and 9" diagonal black-andwhite audio/video monitor shall be Panasonic Model WV-BL90A and WV-BM90A or equivalent.

WV-BL90A

The camera shall feature a 12" interline transfer CCD with more than 570(H) x 492(V) pixels. With a horizontal resolution of 420 lines, with a minimum scene illumination of 0.05 fc at f/1.4 (AGC on). The camera shall accept CS- and C-mount lenses (with adaptor) and shall have connections for DC and video auto iris lenses. The camera shall have a built-in flange back focus adjustment for focusing different lenses. Synchronization, video, power and audio are all supplied on a single coaxial cable. Maximum distance between the camera and monitor shall be 880' using RG59U coaxial cable (CCTV or studio grade). The Audio Multiplexer with built-in mic (optional) connects directly to the camera and transmits an audio signal for reproduction through the built-in speaker on the monitor. The audio signal can also be sent via the monitor to a connected VCR or other system components. The camera shall be UL listed.

The black-and-white mini CCTV system consisting of a 12" CCD black-and-white camera and 9" diagonal black-and-white audio/video monitor shall be Panasonic Model WV-BL90A and WV-BM90A or equivalent.
The system monitor shall feature a 9" screen size with 750 lines of horizontal resolution. Up to 4 cameras can be connected and sequenced to the monitor, while an additional 3 cameras can be connected using (optional) camera extension unit. The monitor shall have a built-in sequential switcher/alarm interface with adjustable dwell time of between 1 and 30 seconds. For spot monitoring, any connected camera location can be manually selected on the monitor. Automatic spot out by an external alarm trigger shall also be possible from the sequential monitoring mode, including an audible warning from the monitor. Standby mode leaves the entire system off until an alarm signal is triggered. Monitor shall have a built-in speaker, and 1W amplifier with audio level control. External control connections spot monitor control, in from alarm sensor, intercom, etc. Alarm control out to a control unit of an optional panning head. Alarm duration control and automatic alarm reset. The power source shall be 120VAC, 60Hz. The monitor shall be UL listed.
