Parrots New Bluetooth PHOTO VIEWER 7 Displays 500 Shots in Vibrant Color, Freeze-Frame or Slideshow Mode
CES LAS VEGAS, Jan. 6, 2007 Parrot has introduced a new, larger format Bluetoothenabled digital photo frame that holds more than 500 images and has a seven-inch activematrix TFT screen for exceptionally bright, crisp photo images. The new Parrot PHOTO VIEWER 7 joins Parrots 3.5 inch model introduced earlier this year that holds 120 photos.
The Parrot PHOTO VIEWER 7 will be available online and through retailers in the U.S. in the second quarter of 2007 with an MSRP of $ 239.99.
The Parrot PHOTO VIEWER 7, so named because the screen measures seven inches diagonally, will store more than 500 JPEG files and display them in slide show or freeze-frame mode. Photos can be transferred quickly and easily to the Parrot PHOTO VIEWER 7 from a Bluetooth-enabled cell phone, digital camera, laptop other storage device.

With the Parrot PHOTO VIEWER 7, built-in sensors keep the image upright whether the frame is positioned vertically or horizontally. The Parrot PHOTO VIEWER 7 also allows for brightness adjustment and shuts off automatically when its dark. Enjoy your favorite photos, in the order you want, with customizable slide shows and an ultra-simple three button user interface.
How to use it To upload pictures, simply select the Parrot PHOTO VIEWER 7 in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone, digital camera or computer. Then select the picture you want to display and send it to the frame via Bluetooth. The picture is instantly converted to the size of the screen.

Your most memorable photos deserve the very best in display technology. The wide TFT screen displays up to 262,144 shades of color for bright, contrasting photos with a resolution of 720x480 pixels. The display can be customized by adjusting the brightness.
See your photos in a slideshow
The Parrot PHOTO VIEWER can store and display over 500 photos and pictures in JPEG format. Regardless of your photo's size and resolution, the Parrot digital frame automatically adapts it to the TFT screen. You can even chose to display one photo in freeze-frame, or all 500 in a continuous slide show. If you dont want to feature all 500 in a slide show, select only those you do wish to see in slide show mode.

Portraits landscapes

The Parrot PHOTO VIEWER 7" can be used both horizontally and vertically. The photos and pictures stored will automatically be rotated and resized to match the position of the digital photo frame.
Brightness suited to all surroundings
The backlight of the Parrot PHOTO VIEWER 7" screen automatically adjusts to the brightness of your room. The optical sensor acts like a dimmer switch; it increases or reduces the screen brightness according to the surrounding light. Less light at night, more light during the day.

Contemporary design

The frames of the Parrot PHOTO VIEWER 7" uses natural materials. They are available in a variety leather and wood finishes that are suited to every interior style and design.
