You can;t buy a better camera at this price. the pentax k7 adressed all the cons but at 2x the price. When buying the K20D with 18-55mm lens, make sure it is an AL II instead of AL I. Most of the other sites are trying to sell you the AL I lens.

Good cam. bought one to replace my trusty K100D. However, and unfortunately. I purchased the K20D in May of 2008 right before a vacation to Lake Tahoe by rail. I know.

Pro Features & Quality at a Consumer Price Pro: Features & quality per dollar, you may not find a better value than the K-7. K-7 Review I did not buy my K-7 here but I did buy the K-x. I am a daily shooter and own the K-20, K-7, K-x.

Best camera ever. It love this camera, great pictures, great flexability. I am so happy with the purchase. As an on-and-off pro photographer, I needed a professional camera that I could use in places like the Kashmir or Khazakstan. good value for money (especially as the camera was a present for someone in New Zealand.

My last Pentax camera was a 645 with Metz flash power. Bought the K7 body with a free 18-55 mm AL II Pentax lens. A great deal from J&R. The Lens is not WR, but it works just fine with me.

I like the way this camera workd except for one thing. When using the I wanted to enter the contest...but, to be honest, just learning about this camera. I did have a 35mm Pentax, years ago, and loved it so very much.
