5. DAMAGE OR LOSS: a. PENTAX U.K. Limited at its sole discretion will replace the Reward / Goods lost or damaged on delivery to the designated premises if a claim has been made in writing to PENTAX U.K. Limited within five working days of loss or non-delivery or fourteen days from delivery of defective or damaged Reward / Goods. b. PENTAX U.K. Limited shall be under no liability whatsoever for consequential loss or damage of any description in respect of any Reward / Goods supplied, repaired, converted and for services rendered. c. Reward / Goods supplied as ordered may not be returned for credit without the written consent of PENTAX U.K. Limited and any Reward / Goods which are returned without consent may be refused.
6. RETURNS: a. In the event that Reward / Goods supplied become faulty within the manufacturers warranty period, they will be accepted back for repair or exchange in accordance with the individual manufacturers terms of guarantee. b. Returned Reward / Goods must be accompanied with all accessories and documentation which gives full details of the fault. Any Reward / Goods received without this information cannot be processed. c. Reward / Goods that are faulty on arrival will be uplifted and replaced. Reward / Goods that become faulty over 28 days of receipt, and are still within the warranty period, would need to be returned by the recipient or in the case of large items may be repaired on site. If the manufacturer finds no fault with any item, charges for the uplift and re-despatch, charges will be incurred.
