After calling my local repair shop, they still havent been out. I filed a complaint with the FTC. Phillips refuses to help me in getting TV fixed. It is silver. The clarity is not great. The look of the television is very nice and the picture quality is very nice as well. The television is fairly heavy.

Overall, it is very good Plasma TV in terms of the qualtity, features and value. I am very satisfied with my purchase. 50 inch plasma, HDTV. When your out shopping fora Plasma, give this one a look. It has everything that most everyday users need. Im definitely satisfied with this product.

was a nice tv when it worked not a good value for a tv that only works for 2 years. Low price, good picture quality. Better hope it works right out of the box and never has a problem.
