Product highlights
Picture enhancement: Flip photos, Rotate Rotation: 90 degree steps Slide show Zoom Compact design Ultra-slim design The attractive enclosure has a very low profile. PAL & NTSC Progressive Scan Progressive Scan doubles the vertical resolution of the image resulting in a noticeably sharper picture. Instead of sending fields with the odd lines to the screen first, followed by the fields with the even lines, both fields are written at one time. A flicker-free high resolution image is created giving you the best viewing experience. Video Upsampling Video Upsampling is a technology that decreases distortion to dramatically improve picture quality. Increasing the video processing to 54MHz or even 108MHz, is in effect converting the video to 8:8:8* (54MHz) or 16:16:16 (108MHz) format which has about 4 to 8 time more horizontal resolution bandwidth than in standard DVD format. This processing reduces the MPEG "mosquito net" distortion dramatically resulting in picture quality that is pure and distortion free. 12-bit/108MHz video DAC 12-bit Video DAC is a superior Digital-to-AnalogueConverter that preserves every detail of the authentic picture quality. It shows subtle shades and smoother graduation of colors, resulting in a more vibrant and natural picture. The limitation of the usual 10bit DAC become in particular apparent while using large screens and projectors. Multi-format Movies Multi-format playability allows you to play most disc formats for maximum disc compatibility and viewing pleasure. Multi-format Music Multi-format playability allows you to play most disc formats for maximum disc compatibility and listening pleasure. Picture CD (JPEG) Multi-format playability allows you to view images in the comfort of your living room and play most disc formats for maximum disc compatibility and viewing pleasure. Karaoke The Karaoke feature on your DVD player provides endless entertainment and maximum audio and singing enjoyment. You can enhance your performance by adding an echo effect to your voice. The key controls allows you to choose the optimal key for your personal vocal range.
