Setting the Dialling Mode
Set your dialling mode to either Tone or Pulse depending on which dialling system is used. To test if the dialling mode works, dial a digit. If dialling tone is still heard, you have to change to the other dialling mode.

Setting the TBR (Flash) Time
Set your TBR (Flash) time according to the specification of your exchange, if in doubt, contact your network operator.
You have 3 TBR time choices: 100 ms, 270 ms or 600 ms

Setting the Ringer Melody
Adjust your ringer melody by doing the following. Press. To store telephone numbers into memory locations M1. M12:

Setting the Recall Mode
Set your recall mode to either Time Break Recall(TBR) mode or Earth Leg Recall(ELR) mode. If in doubt, contact your network operator.

Note: A telephone number may not consist of more than 32 digits including and , otherwise, it cannot be stored under pauses, and the buttons one memory location. The Last Number Redial Feature
The last number dialled will be stored automatically until future replacement. To redial the number:

Note: The telephone number can only be redialled if it consists of not more than 32 digits. Redial/Pause is the first button pressed after you take the line. If other buttons are pressed first, the previous telephone number will be replaced.
Receiving Incoming Calls
The ring indicator icon will blink when the phone rings. Pick up the handset or press to receive the call. To adjust the handset or speaker volume during conversation, press repeatedly or.
Chain Dialling
In order to dial 2 or more telephone numbers consecutively, press the next memory button immediately after the first telephone number has been dialled.
Making Calls
Make a call either by manual or memory dialling. The buttons entered can be seen through the display. Manual dialling

Mixed Mode Dialling
If the telephone is set to pulse dialling mode, pressing will send the next digits in tone mode. The tone mode makes it possible to access public services such as telephone banking. After hanging up, the telephone will automatically reset back to pulse dialling mode.

Handsfree Conversation
During conversation, you can switch from handset to handsfree conversation, i.e. using the speaker microphone.

The Mute Feature
This feature is used during phone conversation in order for you to talk in private to somebody else without the person on the other line hearing. Press Press to turn the microphone off. to resume conversation.
The call Timer Feature
When receiving an incoming call, the conversation time will start automatically. When making a call, the conversation time will be shown on the display 10 seconds after the telephone number is entered. ->The and the conversation time will be shown on the display. Terminating the call will stop the call timer automatically. ->The total conversation time will remain displayed for around 5 seconds.
