3 Driver and Software installation Step1: OS will remind a new hardware-- New Hardware Device. Please choose Cancel,
Step2: Insert the driver CD into CDROM, browse the CD, Click Driver and Software Install or run Real_Angel_330_Plus.exe.

Installing TotalMedia Step3: Installation of Total Media, Choose setup language
Step4: Click Next to continue installation
Step5: Click Yes and then it will install Arcsoft TotalMedia
Step6: If you want to change the destination folder, please click Browse and click next (Recommended is better)

Step7: Please click Next

Step8: Program starts to copy files.
Step9: Click Finish, the Arcsoft TotalMedia software is installed on your computer.
Step10: Installation of IR Receive, Choose setup language
Step11: Click Next to continue installation IR Receive
Step12: If you want to change the destination folder, please click Browse and click Next (Recommended is better)
Step13: Click Finish, the IR Receive software is installed on your computer.
Step14: Installation of Driver, Choose setup language
Step15: Click next to continue installation
Step16: Click Install to continue installation driver
Step17: OS will promote to install devicesClick Continue Anyway(Only Window XP)
Step18: Click Finish to completely install the Driver Software
Step19: You will see that application icons will appear on your desktop.
Step20: You will see that Remote application icons will appear on your desktop.

5 FAQ Q1 Why is the image discontinuity? A11. Please check if the system is lower than the minimum requirement. 2. Please check if the VGA card supports Direct Show or install the newest driver. Q2Why does the drive not be installed? A21. Please check if the name of Facility Management is PCI 88x Video Capture. 2. Please make sure you installed DIRECTX9.0C which is in the CD bundled with the RA330 Plus/ZOGIS Q3 Why cannot see the image (black screen)? A31. Try to restart application software. 2. Try to reinstall device driver. Q4 Why do the color and sound have problem when watching TV? A4 Please check if the Country and Zone is correct. Q5Why is the TV quality very poor? A5Please check cable signals quality. If so, please add a signal amplifier. Q6 There are lost frame drop and A/V synchronization when playing recorded TV program. A6Please check if the PC system is lower than the minimum requirement. If no, please check sound drive or install WDM driver program of sound card. Q7Which software can I use to edit the recorded files? A7 Can use Ulead, Arcsoft, Intervideo and Cyberlink editing software. Q8 There are more noise when replay the record file. A81. Maybe when you record the program the volume of Line-In is too high. Please adjust the volume to middle to try again. 2. Maybe the problem is caused by Sound card, some low cost sound card has recording problem but playing no problem. Q9Cannot find video capture hardware There is no HD equipment or no video capture hardware A9If the problem is appearing when you start RA330/ZOGIS, it means driver program didnt install successfully.
