Motorola RAZR V3 has been on the market for almost two years. So why bother with a review now? Motorola RAZR V3 is the best selling phone in history. This phone has a screen TFT LCD of 262,000 colors and 176x220. The ringtones are in mp3. Still be devoted carries popular fitur-fitur of ala Razr family, but this cell phone no longer bring thin design of ala clamshell again.

Bottom line. Motorola phones are the best hands down. Never have any problems and give back a wonderful performance.

Supported File Types

Quickoffice will list any files without any restriction. However, only the following file types can be viewed or edited in Quickoffice: Microsoft Word:.doc,.docx,.dot,.dotx and.docm Microsoft Excel:.xls,.xlsx,.xlsm,.xla,.xlam,.xlt,.xltm, and.xltx Microsoft PowerPoint:.ppt,.pptx,.ppts,.pptsx,.pptm,.pot,.potx,.potm,.ppa,.ppam,.ppsx, and.ppsm Adobe Acrobat:.pdf (Acrobat 5 9) ASCII and Unicode Text:.txt Files that are supported by other applications will be displayed and opened in their respective applications. The following media files are supported by the Android Viewer and may be opened from the Quickoffice file manager: Images:.jpg,.jpeg,.png, and.gif Audio:.mp3

Create New Files

From the file manager, press the Menu button and tap Create Document to open the Create Document dialog. Select the document or spreadsheet type you wish to create Office 2007 and 2003 formats are available.

Viewing Files

Quickoffice allows you to view files on your memory card and also allows you to open documents that have been recently viewed in the application.
Remote cloud storage accounts will display once youve added those accounts, and you will be able to view files stored in those locations, as well.

Opening Files

A progress bar will display at the top of the screen as a file is being opened.
If you are already viewing a document, you can open another document from within the application. Press the Menu button and then tap Open. The Quickoffice home screen will be displayed where you may navigate to any folder on your SD card, in Recent Documents, or in any of the available cloud storage locations to open another file.
Managing Files and Folders
You can manage files and folders in Quickoffice Connect Mobile Suite. Long-tap on a file or folder to bring up the file management menu, and then choose Select, Rename, Delete, Copy, or Cut. To create a new folder, press the Menu button in the file manager and then Create Folder.
Browse ZIP Files as Folders
You can browse the contents of ZIP files:
Any changes you make to a file within a ZIP file will need to be saved outside of that file, as changes cannot be made to files inside ZIP folders and files cannot be added to ZIP folders.

Sort Files

In the file manager, choose Menu and press Sort by to sort your files in ascending or descending order by name, type, size or date modified.

Zooming and Scrolling

Zooming:
When viewing files you can zoom in or out. Simply tap anywhere in the viewer to bring up the zoom controls at the bottom of the screen. Simply tap the zoom in or zoom out control to view your file at the desired zoom level.

Scrolling:

To scroll around a file, simply tap and drag up, down or sideways. A scrollbar on the right edge (vertical) or at the bottom edge (horizontal) of the screen shows the relative position of the viewer in the file.

View and Open Recent Documents
The file manager in Quickoffice stores the latest files that you opened in a Recent Documents folder. You may access the files you most recently opened in Quickoffice from this location.

Find Files

To find files, in the Home screen of the file manager, press the Menu button and tap Search. A Search dialog will appear on the screen.
Enter text using your keypad or the on screen keyboard, and press the magnifying glass icon ( ) to the right of the search field to begin your search. Quickoffice will return all files that contain the search term in their filenames.
In the above screenshot, you can see the results that the search term Simplifying returned. Note: The search feature is not supported for the Recent Documents folder at this time
Downloading E-mail Attachments
When you receive an e-mail attachment in one of the supported file formats, press Open on the Attachment button and the file will be opened in Quickoffice.

Connect Services

Overview
Quickoffice Connect allows users to easily access, view and share files from multiple cloud storage services, including MobileMe, Dropbox, Google Docs, and Box.net. From a single, convenient application, you can access content from anywhere, manage content on-device and share files via e-mail or your cloud service provider.

Requirements

In order to use the Connect service, you must set up an account with the supported cloud storage service or services you wish to use. The Quickoffice application uses your sign-in information only to connect to your service. Your sign-in information is only stored in the Quickoffice application on your device it is not collected or stored on our servers.

Adding a Dropbox account

To use Dropbox with Quickoffice you will need to sign up for the Dropbox cloud service. Free accounts are available.

Connecting to your Dropbox storage
Before connecting to your Dropbox storage you must sign up for a Dropbox account. Once you have a Dropbox account, from the Quickoffice home screen, press the Menu button. Choose Add Remote Account from the menu. Select Dropbox from the list of available services, enter the e-mail address and password you used when you signed up for your Dropbox account in the account details screen, and press OK.
Press the Learn More about Dropbox link below the OK and Cancel buttons to log into your Dropbox account to view and sync your files in your devices browser.
Connecting to multiple Dropbox accounts
To add multiple accounts, simply repeat the steps from Connecting to your Dropbox storage. All of your accounts will be listed on the Quickoffice home screen.
If the password for your Dropbox account has changed, you will need to enter your new password in Quickoffice. From the home screen of Quickoffice, long-press the Dropbox item in the file manager and choose Edit from the menu.
Your Dropbox account information will appear and you can change your password. Simply enter the new password and press OK.
Working with Google Docs Accounts
Google Docs is a service provided by Google that allows you to create documents, spreadsheets and presentations online, share and collaborate in real time, store and organize your work and control access to your documents. Quickoffice Connect Mobile Suite takes advantage of the file storage and organizational services to provide users with centralized storage for all kinds of files. Connecting to your Google Docs storage
Before connecting to your Google Docs storage you must sign up for the Google Docs service. Once youve got a Google Docs account, from the home screen of Quickoffice, press the Menu button, choose Add Remote Account from the menu, and select Google Docs from the list of available services. A dialog will appear alerting that your files will be converted and that some of your original formatting may be lost.

NOTE: Your MobileMe Member Name is not an e-mail address. Other services use your e-mail address, but MobileMe uses a unique member name. Press the Learn More about MobileMe link under the OK and Cancel buttons to go to the MobileMe site and learn more about the service in your devices browser. Now you can access files on your iDisk storage from Quickoffice.
Connecting to your friends public folders
You can also access your friends public folders on their iDisk storage. To access your friends password protected public folders, you will need their member names and passwords. From the home screen of Quickoffice, press the Menu button. Select Add Remote Account , select MobileMe ( ) from the services screen, and enter your friend's MobileMe member name. If a password was set for your friends public folder, enter that password otherwise, leave the Password field blank and press OK.
Press the Learn More about MobileMe Public iDisk link to view information about MobileMe from the Apple website.
Connecting to multiple MobileMe iDisk accounts
Quickoffice allows you to connect to several MobileMe iDisk accounts. To add multiple accounts, simply repeat the steps from Connecting to your MobileMe iDisk accounts. All of your accounts will be listed on the Quickoffice home screen.
If the password for your MobileMe account has changed, you will need to enter your new password in Quickoffice. On the Quickoffice home screen, long-press the MobileMe iDisk or the MobileMe Public iDisk service, and select Edit.

Common Tasks in Connect Services

Downloading files

You can download one or more files in any connected service location and save them locally to your SD card for offline access. To do this, navigate to the folder where the files you wish to download are located, then select them by clicking the checkbox icon ( ) to the right of each file you wish to download. Press the Menu button and choose Copy from the on-screen menu. Navigate to the local folder where you wish to download the copied files, press the Menu button again and choose Paste. The selected files will be pasted to the new location. Also follow these steps to upload files to remote storage locations.

Creating a new folder

When downloading files, you can choose a folder on your SD card where the downloaded files will be saved. To create a new folder, press the Menu button and choose Create folder. The Create Folder dialog will appear and you can enter a folder name. Tap Create to create your new folder.

As with files, you can select folders, copy them, navigate to a storage location, and paste the folder or folders to download them to the memory card in your device.
Viewing a locally saved file
To view a locally saved file, simply select SD Card from the home screen and navigate to the desired file. Tap on the file to open it.

Organizing Files

Copying and pasting files and folders
You can copy, paste, and rename folders on your Android device to organize files. To copy a folder, simply navigate to the folder, press the checkbox icon ( ) next to the file name, press the Menu button, and choose Copy from the menu. To paste the folder in a different location, navigate to the desired location on your memory card or remote storage service, press the Menu button, and choose Paste.
Moving files between folders
To move a file to a different folder, navigate to the file you want to move, tap the checkbox icon ( ) to the right of the file you wish to move, press the Menu button, and then tap Cut. Navigate to the location where you wish to move the file, press Menu and tap Paste. A Move dialog will appear, showing a progress bar as the file is moved to the new location.

Renaming a file

To rename a file, long-press the file name in the file manager A menu will appear.
Choose Rename from the menu to open the Rename To dialog.
Enter the new file name and tap Rename to apply the new name to the file.
Deleting files and folders
To delete a file or folder tap the checkbox icon ( ) to the right of the item you wish to delete, press the Menu button, and tap Delete. The Delete dialog will appear. Tap OK to delete the file or Cancel to cancel the deletion. You may also long-tap on a file name in the file manager and choose Delete from the menu. You will be asked to confirm the deletion.
Uploading a file or folder to a remote storage location
To upload a file or folder to a remote location, navigate to the file or folder you want to upload, tap the checkbox icon ( ) to the right of the name, press the Menu button, and choose Cut or Copy. Navigate to the remote storage location where you wish to move the file or folder, press the Menu button, and tap Paste. A Move dialog appears, showing a progress bar as the file or folder is moved to the new location.

Uploading multiple files

You may select multiple files and folder to copy and paste to any destination folder.
Specifying a destination folder
To specify a destination folder, use the Back button ( ) to navigate to the desired parent folder. Once you arrive in the parent folder, you can navigate to the destination folder by tapping on the folder icons in the file manager. In the destination folder, you may paste any files that you cut or copied from the source folder.

Opening Documents

Quickword can open Microsoft Word formatted documents, including.doc,.docx,.docm,.dot,.dotx and.dotm. TXT files may be opened and viewed in Quickoffice.

Viewing Documents

Quickword provides users with several ways to view documents that optimize the use of the screen space on their devices. The following sections will show how you can view your documents to make the best use of the screen.

Reflow View

By default, Quickword displays your document in Reflow View, allowing the text to reflow to the size of the screen as you zoom in or out within your document. This eliminates the need for scrolling left and right in your document to read the text.
To return to Reflow view from any of the other views, press the Menu button and tap Reflow View.

Multiple zoom levels

With Quickword, you can zoom in and out on your documents to view larger areas or to view details.
To zoom in or out in a document, tap on the document to bring up the zoom control:

Multi-touch zoom (Android OS 2.0 and higher)
If your device is running Android OS 2.0 (clair) or higher, Quickword makes use of the Multi-touch feature, included in that operating system, to enable you to pinch-zoom your documents.

To view a document in Page layout view, press the Menu button, tap More, and choose Page View.

Fit to screen width in Page View
When you enter Page View, the document is fit to the width of the screen. You may tap on the document to bring up the zoom controls or use the Multi-touch feature (available on OS 2.0 and higher) to pinch-zoom in your document in Page View. To fit the document to the screen width in Page View again, tap the Menu button, tap More, and choose Fit to Width.

Page number indicator

When viewing a document in Page View, tap on the document to bring up the page number indicator. This will display the current page number followed by a slash and the total number of pages in the document at the top right of the document.
View and edit documents in portrait and landscape
Quickword responds to the accelerometer in your Android device. Rotate the phone to landscape mode to use your QWERTY keyboard.
Follow hyperlinks in your documents
To follow a hyperlink in your document, enter Page View. Tap the hyperlinked text. The text will become highlighted, and your browser will launch, taking you to the URL.
To return to your document, press the Back (

) button.

Search for text in a document
You can search for text strings in your document using Quickword. Switch to Reflow View, then press the Menu button, and tap Search. A text entry field will appear at the top of your document. Quickword displays indentation in paragraphs and lists in your documents.

Opening Spreadsheets

Quicksheet can open any of the supported file formats for viewing and editing. Supported formats include.xls,.xlsm,.xla,.xlam,.xlt,.xltm,.xlsx and.xltx file formats. Any of these can be edited using Quicksheet.

Creating Spreadsheets

To create a new spreadsheet, press the Menu button and tap Create Document. The Create Document menu will appear, with options to create a new Word Document (Word 2007 or.docx file), Word 97-2003 Document (.doc file), an Excel Workbook (Excel 2007 or.xlsx file) or an Excel 97-2003 Workbook (.xls file). Select the desired format for your Excel workbook. A new spreadsheet will open with the default name New Spreadsheet.xlsx or New Spreadsheet.xls, depending on your selection.

Saving Spreadsheets

To save a spreadsheet, press the Menu button and tap Save. To save a spreadsheet with a different filename, press the Menu button and tap More. Tap Save As, and a Save dialog will appear briefly, followed by the Save As screen.
Enter the new filename in the Save As field and select a destination for your file.

Viewing Worksheets

Quicksheet provides several ways for you to view your spreadsheets to make the best use of your devices screen.
With Quicksheet, you can zoom in and out in your spreadsheets to view larger ranges of cells and graphics or to view cells in greater detail.
To zoom in or out in a spreadsheet, tap on the sheet to bring up the zoom control:

View and change rich text formatting

Text and font formatting is retained when viewing your spreadsheets. Bold, italic, underline and strikethrough styles are available, along with device font faces and an array of colors for text and cell backgrounds.

You can search for text strings in your spreadsheet using Quicksheet. Press the Search ( ) key on your device, and a text entry field will appear at the top of the device screen. When a presentation is first opened, the presentation is displayed in Film Strip View, with slides displayed in a continuous strip, allowing you to scroll quickly through the presentation.

To play your presentation on your device as a slideshow, press the Menu button and tap Start Slideshow.
Your presentation will begin playing, slide-by-slide, against a black background with the slide indicator ( ) displayed at the top right of the screen. To stop your slideshow, press the Menu button again and tap Stop Slideshow. The slideshow will stop, and youll be returned to the last slide that was viewed in the slideshow.

You can quickly navigate to any slide in your presentation using Quickpoint. Press the Menu button and tap Go To Slide.

View tables

Tables in PowerPoint 97-2003 (.ppt) presentations will display in Quickpoint.
In PowerPoint 2007 (.pptx) files, tables are converted to graphics with white backgrounds.

Quickpoint displays shapes and images in your presentations.

Editing Presentations

You can edit the text in your presentations using Quickpoint. Long-tap any text on the screen to access the Edit Text dialog.
Tap Edit Text to bring up the text editor.
Tap anywhere on the text to insert the cursor and edit text. To access the Edit Text menu, long-press on the text you wish to edit.
The Edit Text menu allows you to select all of the text in the editor, select a specific string of text, cut all text in the editor, copy all text in the editor, select an input method or add a word to the user dictionary.

Selecting and editing text
To select a range of characters, such as a word or a group of words, tap just before the first character in the string you wish to select, then long-tap on the first word in the string. Choose Select Text from the Edit Text menu. A blinking cursor will appear where you tapped to insert the original cursor.
Tap after the last character you wish to select to complete the selection.
You may now enter new text or long-tap the selected text to access the Edit Text menu again to select an option. You will notice that instead of Select Text, the Stop Selecting Text option will appear. Once youve copied text to the device clipboard, the Edit Text menu will include a Paste command, allowing you to paste the text into the current text editing screen, another text editing screen, or another presentation.

Saving Presentations

To save your presentation, press the Menu button and tap Save. The Save dialog will appear, showing the progress of the operation.
To save your presentation and change the name or location where it is saved, press the Menu button and tap Save As. The Save dialog will appear, followed by the Save As screen.
Enter the new filename in the Save As field and select the desired destination for your presentation. Press Save to save your presentation or press Cancel to return to your presentation.

Quickoffice Connect Mobile Suite for Android includes a premium PDF reader that enables users to view PDF files. Enjoy enhanced PDF viewing with faster rendering and single-column text reflow capabilities for improved readability.

Open PDF Files

QuickPDF allows you to open almost any PDF file. To open a file, simply tap on the file in the Quickoffice file manager. If another PDF reader is present on your device, choose Quickoffice to open the PDF in QuickPDF. You may choose to use Quickoffice as the default PDF viewer.
Open Password-Protected and Encrypted Files
When you open a password protected file, a dialog will be presented, allowing you to enter the password to open the file.
When you open a PDF in QuickPDF, the file opens in Page View. Use the up and down navigation keys to scroll through your PDF file. On Android 2.0 and above, Page View allows you to quickly flick-scroll through pages, displaying a page indicator at the top right of the screen.

Reading View

QuickPDF provides an alternate view for PDF files, where text is reflowed on the screen to provide a better viewing experience, eliminating left and right scrolling for text-heavy documents. To access this feature, press the Menu button and tap Reading View.

QuickPDF makes use of the Android OS 2.0 Multi-touch feature to enable you to use two fingers to pinch zoom in or out on your PDF files. Flick scrolling is also supported for quick navigation of your PDF files.
View in Portrait or Landscape
QuickPDF responds to your device accelerometer when it is rotated to portrait or landscape mode. Your PDF file and the QuickPDF menus adjust to your device orientation.

Fit to Screen

When zoomed in on a document in Page View, double-tap the screen to fit the page to the screen.

Find Text

You can find text in your PDF files using QuickPDF. Press the Menu button, and tap Find or press the Search ( ) key on your device, and a text entry field will appear at the top of the device screen.
Enter a word or phrase for which you want to search and press the next icon (
QuickPDF will highlight the first instance of the text in the PDF file.
Other instances of the text string will appear with an outline around them.

Press the next icon (

) again to highlight the next instance of the text.
Press the previous icon (
) to move to the previous instance of the text.

View Bookmarks

You can view bookmarks in your PDF files using QuickPDF. Press the Menu button and tap Bookmarks. QuickPDF will display any bookmarks in your PDF file.

Go to Page

You can go to any page in your PDF file. To do this, press the Menu button and tap Go To Page. The Go To Page dialog will appear. Enter the page number you wish to go to and press OK. Press Cancel to return to the current page.

Rotate Document

You can rotate your PDF documents on the screen. To do this, press the Menu button, tap More, then tap Rotate. The Rotate dialog will appear. Tap Rotate Left or Rotate Right to rotate your PDF in the desired direction.

Overview of Quickoffice Pro for Android
ACCESS, VIEW, EDIT, SHARE. Quickoffice Pro is the FIRST and ONLY full-featured Microsoft Office productivity suite for Android devices with integrated access to multiple cloud services. Quickoffice Pro is integrated with Quickoffice Connect services, allowing users to easily access, view and share files from multiple cloud storage services, including MobileMe, Dropbox, Google Docs, Huddle, SugarSync, and Box.net. Within a single application, you can conveniently access content from anywhere, edit that content, and save it back to your cloud storage service.

Now you can edit Microsoft Office documents, spreadsheets, and presentations that are received as attachments on your Android device
Automatically Check for Updates
Quickoffice allows you to check for updates, so that you always have the latest features at your fingertips. Press Updates from the menu in Quickoffice to check for updates.
Register your Application
You may register your application from your device to stay current with the latest updates, features and services available to you. To register, tap on the menu tab from the Quickoffice home screen and choose Register Your Product. You will need an active connection to register.

View File Properties

When you have a document open, press the Menu button, tap More, and choose Properties to view information about the file you are viewing.
View Information about Quickoffice
Press the Menu button and tap About to view information about Quickoffice, such as the version number. You can also select the Info button from the toolbar within the file manager or any document and select About.

Explore Icon

Tapping the Explore icon from the launcher screen will open a mobile optimized webpage where you can get access to a wealth of important Quickoffice information. You must have a data connection to view the Explore page. Follow: Follow will provide you with links to all of Quickoffices social media updates such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and the Quickoffice Blog. We encourage all of our users to follow Quickoffice in social media to stay up-to-date on Quickoffice news and developments. News: The news section will provide you with links to Quickoffice press releases and to subscribe to our newsletter. By signing up for the Quickoffice newsletter, you will be the first to know about any promotions, updates, and new product launches. The Quickoffice File Manager

Supported File Types

Quickoffice will list any files without any restriction. However, only the following file types can be viewed or edited in Quickoffice: Microsoft Word:.DOC,.DOCX,.DOCM,.DOT,.DOTX,.DOTM Microsoft Excel:.XLS,.XLSX,.XLSM,.XLA,.XLAM,.XLT,.XLTM,.XLTX Microsoft PowerPoint:.PPT,.PP TX,.POT,.POTX,.POTM,.PPTM,.PPSX,.PPSM Adobe Acrobat:.PDF (Acrobat 5 9) ASCII and Unicode Text:.TXT Files that are supported by other applications will be displayed and opened in their respective applications. The following media files are supported by the Android Viewer and may be opened from the Quickoffice file manager: Images:.JPG,.JPEG,.PNG, and.GIF Audio:.MP3

Create New Files

You can create documents by tapping the respective file icon from the launcher screen. For example, if you wish to create a new Word document you can do so by clicking the Quickword icon from the launcher screen. You will be taken to the Quickword file manager where you can then tap Create New Document. You will be prompted as to whether you would like to create an Office 2007 or 2003 document. You may also create a new document within the file manager by pressing the file manager toolbar. Viewing Files

Quickoffice allows you to view files on your memory card and also allows you to open documents that have been recently viewed in the application.
11 Remote cloud storage accounts will display once youve added those accounts, and you will be able to view files stored in those locations, as well.

Find Files

Quickoffice has the ability to search for files from the newly designed launcher screen. Simply press the Search button from the main launcher screen to bring up the Search dialog at the top of your screen. Alternatively, within the file manager press the button. A Search dialog will appear on the screen. If your device has a hardware Search button, you may also use this to bring up the search dialog.
Enter text using your keypad or the on screen keyboard, and press the magnifying glass icon to the right of the search field to begin your search. Quickoffice will return all files that contain the search term in their filenames.
In the above screenshot, you can see the results of the search term ACME returned. Note: The search feature is not supported for the Recent Documents folder, Huddle, MobleMe, or SugarSync at this time.
Downloading E-mail Attachments
When you receive an e-mail attachment in one of the supported file formats, press Open on the Attachment button and the file will be opened in Quickoffice.

Connect Services

Quickoffice Connect allows users to easily access, view and share files from multiple cloud storage services, including MobileMe, Dropbox, Google Docs, Huddle, SugarSync, and Box.net. From a single, convenient application, you can access content from anywhere, manage content on-device and share files via e-mail or your cloud service provider.

Requirements

In order to use the Connect service, you must set up an account with the supported cloud storage service or services you wish to use. The Quickoffice application uses your sign-in information only to connect to your service. Your sign-in information is only stored in the Quickoffice application on your device it is not collected or stored on our servers.
Working with Box.net Accounts
Box.net is a web-based service for accessing and sharing content from anywhere. Through Box.nets OpenBox platform, third party applications can be integrated into Box, enabling Box users to do more with their content. Box is a Cloud Content Management (CCM) platform that embraces whats best about the web, serving the needs of the next generation workplace, workforce and IT. Adding a Box.net account

If the password for your Dropbox account has changed, you will need to enter your new password in Quickoffice. From the home screen of the Quickoffice file manager, long-press the Dropbox item in the file manager and choose Edit from the menu.
Your Dropbox account information will appear and you can change your password. Simply enter the new password and press OK.
Working with Google Docs Accounts
Google Docs is a service provided by Google that allows you to create documents, spreadsheets and presentations online, share and collaborate in real time, store and organize your work and control access to your documents. Quickoffice Pro takes advantage of the file storage and organizational services to provide users with centralized storage for all kinds of files. For more information, visit: www.docs.google.com

To use Google Docs with Quickoffice you will need to sign up for a Google Docs account. Free accounts are available.

Connecting to your Google Docs storage
Before connecting to your Google Docs storage you must sign up for the Google Docs service. Once youve got a Google Docs account, from the home screen of Quickoffice, press the button.
Alternatively, you may press the button from the file manager toolbar. Select Google Docs from the list of available services. A dialog will appear alerting that your files will be converted and that some of your original formatting may be lost.
Tap Continue to bring up the Google Docs account information screen.
19 Enter your Google Docs e-mail address and password, and then press OK. Press the Learn More about Google Docs link under the OK and Cancel buttons to log into your Google Docs account and view your files in your devices browser.
Connecting to multiple Google Docs accounts
To add multiple accounts, simply repeat the steps from Connecting to your Google Docs storage. All of your accounts will be listed on the Quickoffice home screen.
If the password for your Google Docs account has changed, you need to enter your new password in Quickoffice. From the home screen of the Quickoffice file manager, long-press the Google Docs service in the file manager. Select Edit from the menu.
In the account details screen, enter the new password and press OK.

Organizing Files

Copying and pasting files and folders
You can copy, paste, and rename folders on your Android device to organize files. To copy a folder, simply navigate to the folder, press the checkbox icon ( ) next to the file name and press the icon from the toolbar. To paste the folder in a different location, navigate to the desired location on your memory card or remote storage service and press.
Moving files between folders
To move a file to a different folder, navigate to the file you want to move, tap the checkbox icon ( to the right of the file you wish to move and press location where you wish to move the file and press progress bar as the file is moved to the new location. )

Renaming a file

To rename a file, long-press the file name in the file manager. The following menu will appear.

Deleting files and folders
To delete a file or folder tap the checkbox icon ( ) to the right of the item you wish to delete and
press the icon. The Delete dialog will appear. Tap OK to delete the file or Cancel to cancel the deletion. You may also long-tap on a file name in the file manager and choose Delete from the menu. You will be asked to confirm the deletion.
Uploading a file or folder to a remote storage location
To upload a file or folder to a remote location, navigate to the file or folder you want to upload, tap the checkbox icon ( ) to the right of the name and press or. Navigate to the remote storage
location where you wish to move the file or folder and press the icon. A Move dialog appears, showing a progress bar as the file or folder is moved to the new location.

Uploading multiple files

You may select multiple files and folder to copy and paste to any destination folder.
Specifying a destination folder
To specify a destination folder, use the Back button ( ) to navigate to the desired parent folder. Once you arrive in the parent folder, you can navigate to the destination folder by tapping on the folder icons in the file manager. In the destination folder, you may paste any files that you cut or copied from the source folder.

Quickoffice new supports speech to text. To use speech to text, open the keyboard by single tapping the location you wish to enter text. You will see a microphone icon near the return key. When the dialog prompts you, speak into your devices microphone. When you are finished, the text will be added were the cursor is placed. Note: If you have text selected when you use the text to speech feature, the selected text will be replaced

If you come across a word or phrase you would like to learn more about, you can use Quickoffices web lookup feature. First, select a word or phrase by double tapping and using the pin selectors. When you have selected the desired search terms, tap the icon in the context menu. Quickoffice will automatically launch a Google search for the terms in your browser. Simply tap your devices back button to return to Quickoffice.

Flick scrolling

You can flick scroll through your documents in Quickword, taking advantage of this native Android feature.

Charts in Word 2003 (.doc) files are displayed as images.

Creating Documents

To create a new Microsoft Word-compatible document using Quickword, press the Menu button on your device to bring up the Quickword toolbar and tap. Next, select New from the fly-out menu. The Create Document menu will appear, with options to create a new Word Document (Word 2007 or.docx file), Word 97-2003 Document (.doc file), an Excel Workbook (Excel 2007 or.xlsx file) or an Excel 97-2003 Workbook (.xls file).

Saving Documents

Saving documents is easy in Quickwordpress the Menu button on your device to bring up the Quickword toolbar. Press the icon and select Save to overwrite the file.

Once you have saved, you will be returned to your document where you may continue editing. If you wish to save your document as a new file, choose Save As and the Save dialog will appear briefly, followed by the Save As screen.
Enter the new filename in the Save As field and select the destination where you want to save your file.

Editing Text and Images

Quickword supports rich text editing features. To edit text, tap on the document in the location where you wish to insert new text. A blinking cursor will appear indicating where your text will be inserted.

Selecting text is easy simply double tap a word. Two pins will be shown. The first pin represents the beginning of your text selection while the second represents the end of your text selection. Tap and drag on either pin to select the desired text.

To set the alignment for a paragraph, tap once on any part of the paragraph you wish to align. To set alignment for multiple paragraphs, double tap the first paragraph and drag one of the pin selectors to the last paragraph in the range. Press the Menu button on your phone to bring up the toolbar. Press the icon to bring up the Font Formatting Dialog. Scroll down to the Alignment dropdown. Tap the down arrow which will give you the alignment options of Left, Right, Centered, or Justified. Tap the desired alignment option and press OK to accept the changes or Cancel to return to the document without changes.

Quicksheet properly renders the contents of merged cells.

Editing Spreadsheets

Quicksheet provides Android users with a robust spreadsheet editor. With Quicksheet you can select cells or ranges of cells, resize rows and columns, format text, format numbers, insert functions, and edit spreadsheets in portrait or landscape.

Selecting cells

To select a cell in Quicksheet, simply tap on the cell you wish to select. Four grab points will appear allowing you to extend the range up, down, left, or right. Tap and drag on any grab point to select the desired range.
Resizing rows and columns
To resize a row or column, tap and drag the border between the row or column headings to resize the row above or the column to the left of the selected border.

To insert or delete a row or column, press the Menu button on your device to bring up Quicksheet toolbar. Tap on the icon to bring up the fly-out menu. Select Insert Row, Insert Column, Delete Row, or Delete Column. Rows will be inserted above the selected cell and columns will be inserted to the left of the selected cell. When deleting a row or column, only rows and columns that are selected will be deleted. If you wish to insert multiple rows, select multiple rows below the location you wish to insert rows. If you wish to insert multiple columns, select multiple columns to the right of the location you wish to insert columns.

To copy a cell, tap once on a cell to select it and again to bring up the context menu. Note: Double tapping rapidly on a cell will bring you into cell edit mode, so you should wait at least one second between taps. To cut or copy and paste a range, select a range by using the grab points. You can also select an entire row or column by tapping on its header. The context menu will appear automatically.

Quickoffices formula builder makes it easy to create formulas in spreadsheets. First, select the cell where you wish to insert your calculation. Tap on to bring up the formula builder. You can search for a specific formula by searching for it or by scrolling through a list of common functions. A short description will be shown below the selected formula.
When you have selected the desired formula, tap OK to insert the formula. You can now tap on cells to reference them in the formula. When you are satisfied, tap on the green check mark to accept the formula.
The downward arrow can be pressed to bring up a menu of some commonly used operators.
*New to version 4.0.120* Set/remove cell borders
To adjust cell borders, press the Menu button on your device to bring up the Quicksheet toolbar and tap to bring up the cell formatting fly-out menu. Tap on Borders to bring up the border formatting dialog.

First, select the cells you wish to align. Press the Menu button on your device to bring up the Quicksheet toolbar and press dialog. From the fly-out menu, select Alignment which will bring up the alignment
Tap on Left, Center, or Right to set horizontal alignment. Tap on Top, Middle, or Bottom to set the vertical alignment. When you are finished, press OK to accept changes or Cancel to cancel the changes.

Formatting text

To format text in Quicksheet, select the cell or range of cells you wish to format. Press the Menu button on your device to bring up the Quicksheet toolbar. Tap on the press Cell on the formatting fly-out menu to bring up the Font Formatting Dialog. icon then

Number formatting

Select from the Category list to specify a number type. You can choose from the categories for General, Number, Currency, Accounting, Date, Time, Percentage, Scientific and Text. The additional formatting options (such as decimal places, symbol, negative numbers, etc.) vary, depending on the category selected. Press OK to apply your number format settings. Press Cancel to return to your spreadsheet without applying any changes.
*New to version 4.0.120* Add, Delete, or Rename worksheets
To add a worksheet, tap on the + icon to the right of the worksheet tabs. A new sheet will appear to the right of the current worksheets.
To delete a worksheet, first select the worksheet you wish to delete by pressing its respective tab. Tap on the X icon to bring up a confirmation dialog. Tap on OK to delete the cell or Cancel to cancel the operation. To rename a worksheet, long tap on the worksheet tab you wish to rename. A Rename Sheet dialog will appear. Type in the new name of the worksheet and press OK.

Undo / Redo

If you wish to undo a change, press the Menu button on your device to bring up the Quicksheet toolbar. Press the icon to undo changes or the multiple changes by repeating this process. icon to redo changes. You can undo or redo

To delete a slide, long press on any slide to bring up the pop-up menu. Select Remove Slide from the list of options.

To reorder slides, press the Menu button on your device to bring up the Quickpoint toolbar. Press the icon to bring up a text-based slide outline. Long tap and drag on any slide to reorder it.

To insert an image, press the Menu button on your device to bring up the Quickpoint toolbar and press the icon to bring up the insert image fly-out menu. From this menu you can select to either insert an image from your devices gallery or take a new picture using your devices camera.
To insert an image from your devices gallery, select Insert Image from Gallery. You will be taken to your devices photo gallery where you can select an image to insert by simply tapping on it. To insert a new photo, select Take Image with Camera. You will be taken to your devices camera. Take a photo as you normally would and select Done when you are finished.
*New to version 4.0.120* Resizing, Moving, and Deleting Objects
To move a text box, shape, or image quickly double tap on the object. You will see four grab points and a Delete button. Tap and drag on the selected object to move it.
To resize an object, follow the instructions above and tap and drag on one of the four grab points. Note: Images have a locked aspect ratio. This means that it will only scale diagonally to preserve the image fidelity. Finally, to delete an object quickly double tap it and press Delete.
If you accidentally make an unwanted change, you can select wish to redo a change, select the from the Quickpoint toolbar. If you icon from the Quickword toolbar.

To create a new presentation, press the icon from the file manager. Alternatively, you can press Create New Document from the main screen of the Quickpoint file manager. Select either PowerPoint Presentation (Microsoft Office 2007 or.pptx format) or PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation (.ppt format). A blank template will open.
