ACCOMMODATIONS & LAYOUT: Sleeps six owners and guests in three staterooms. The master stateroom is aft with shower and twin beds. There are two guest staterooms including two guest heads and two guest showers. Crew accommodations include head and shower. The layout offers a large owners cabin aft with two separate berths on the side and an ensuite head with separate shower. An independent entry allows the owner to access the deck without passing through the main salon. In the passageway from the owners cabin to the salon is the double berth cabin, upper and lower with private head. A twin bedded cabin is to port, opposite the passageway. Next aft is a well equipped nav station to starboard. The main salon has two separate areas; a dining table to port with U-shaped settee and a coffee table with U-shaped settee to starboard. A bar cabinet is faces aft and a TV is recessed into a cabinet behind the dining table. The galley and a convenient pantry are located forward of the main salon. A crew mess lounge is located forward of the pantry and combined with two berths and a separate head with shower, offers great accommodation to the crew. Two more bunks are available in the focsle. All interiors are paneled in varnished light teak veneer with solid trimmings; all flooring is in maple trimmed teak panels. Main structural bulkheads are in sandwich GRP teak paneled. painting the topsides and superstructure. Also renewing teak planks to cockpit and superstructure. Refrigeration, watermakers, batteries and generator were all renewed at that time. Following the refit the owner and his family made a successful circumnavigation. Since then the yacht has been based in Greece, where she now is, and put afloat for only 3 months sailing annually. In periods ashore she has been kept carefully and the interior regularly cleaned. She is ashore now, and will remain ashore until sold.
