La production exclusive dun tout nouveau modle a t galement loccasion de dvelopper le tissu des fournisseurs Novo Mesto. Le taux dintgration locale, c'est--dire le pourcentage de fournitures livres depuis le bassin industriel de lusine, a ainsi t multipli par deux entre Clio II et Nouvelle Twingo, pour atteindre aujourdhui 60%.
Pour produire ce nouveau modle aux cts de Clio II, 600 personnes sont recrutes, faisant passer les effectifs de lusine a presque 3000. Chaque oprateur a suivi des formations au montage du nouveau vhicule. En moyenne, 70 heures de formation par personne ont t dispenses en 2006. En trois quipes, ils peuvent assurer une production maximum de vhicules par an.
