| The laptop was a godsend The screen is wonderful and everything loads quickly However it does have a tendency to freeze more than I would like it to A... the laptop is working fine. I ordered the Windows 7 upgrade and formated the factory drive to remove Vista and all the other software junk. | |

| Great note book so far Hp does not provide drivers to roll back to Windows XP. Sound is week, have to have it turned all the way up to hear. HP is ignorant and does not care about HP products owners. HP cares about wallets of the owners. Is HP next GM? | |
