| Bought my Dell XPS 20 months ago. I paid extra for the upgraded 9 cell battery in the hope that it would increase the usable life. It did not. started getting warning messages that my battery was reaching the end of its useful life, just 1 year and some months after purchase. | |

| Love the laptop, but hate the short battery life. Pros: The laptop is great and has all the power and abilities a college student can need. I was disappointed that this battery started not holding a charge at under 2 year. | |

| An excellent, luxurious and expensive looking laptop. I am typing this review by using the balck version of the XPS. It speed is unbelievable and its a good quality product, i like this computer you can go from 128 mb to 256. Its internet ready. | |
