GLASS CERAMIC HOBS
Durable glass-ceramic hobplates offer several benefits.
The smooth, flat surface makes it easier to manage with pans and pots, while as it is more difficult for food to stick on it, cleaning should be made just with a quick wipe.

The choice is yours:

Rosieres offers different hotplates configuration, coming from the combination of regular single circuit zones to dual circuit ones, offered in the double ring version to allow 2 diameter pans or in the extendible zone version to switch from regular to long shape cooking area.
Electronic sensor touch controls: a light, fingertip touch
on the sensor pad is all it takes to switch on a cooking zone. Moreover you can regulate the heat and all other functions just touching this sensor keys. With the children safety you are sure, once activated, to avoid any accidental switch-on of the hob. Several models are fitted with a timer; you can set you dishes cooking to perfection. On some of the models the timer works all individual-cooking areas alternatively.
More safety with residual heat led
The residual heat indicator provides a reliable visual warning that a cooking area is still hot. Should not be only a useful safety feature but helps saving energy if you use the residual heat to keep food warm.

Gas and glass-ceramic: ideal combination The gas glass-ceramic hobs, with their mirror-like, smooth top, are nothing but elegant Their burners provide a perfect, even flame.
The scratchproof surface is easy to care for, as it never heats enough to burn splashed food. The cast iron pan support rest lightly on the surface of the hob are easily removable to clean. With no doubt gas is a major force in the kitchen, coming from the environmental benefits it may offer up to its speed and controllability, thats why it is considered the fuel of professional chefs.
