| Just like the 650 the 680 maintain the one hand operation. A little smaller and than the 650 and a little different. I bought this phone to replace an old treo 650, this feels a lot better than that older phone with that stubby antenna sticking out the top. I wanted to condense my Palm pilot with my cell phone. For me, a functional PDA was more important than other features like email and music. At last! A phone that combines my PDA and my cell phone. Smaller than my PDA and eliminates the need to carry two devices. | |

| This is by far the worst purchase I have ever made. I have to reboot the phone (i.e., take the battery out and restart) at least three times per day. While I do have some problems with the Palm OS crashing randomly and I had to spend an hour searching the web to figure out how to use gmail. | |

| Many difficulties encountered I ordered a Treo 680 to upgrade my Centro. Received the cell phone after the predicted delivery date. Silicon case that protects my phone and allows me to use it. This silicon case already paid for itself. | |
