Great Freeview box. We bought the box as a second for the bedroom having spent twice the amount for a box for the living room.

This an decent budget digibox that has just about every feature you might want, including two SCARTs. Buy you will not be dissapointed if your area is covered by Freeview this box will pull in the signal with crystal clear quality.

The Sagem ITD62 is an attractive Freeview box and works very well considering its low price The EPG is very basic but very easy to use and it turns on...

NO BAD POINTS could be cheaper I thought you get what you paid for and I thought as it was one of the more expensive ones it would be good Packed up working after 2 months

SmartWi Logger

The SmartWi Logger is a USB based tools, which makes it possible to record the communication between Master box and Client cards and between Master box and the inserted subscription smartcard. Before you use the Logger tool, you must upgrade to the newest Windows driver (2005.05.18) for SmartWi. Just use Windows Explorer to copy smartwi.sys -> c:\Windows\system32\drivers and then select to replace the old driver. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Download the latest SmartWi Debug (Logger) firmware (2.15 or newer) Upgrade all Client cards, according to the normal upgrade procedures Insert your subscription card into the Master box. Start SmartWi Logger Please verify if SmartWi Logger is running properly. Take the smartcard out and insert it again. The counter after the stopwatch must then increase to 32, as shown on following figure:
6. Continue logging until the problematic sequence has been recorded. 7. Press <q> to stop SmartWi Logger. 8. Send the log-file(s) to SmartWi Development for analysis (freddy@smartwi.net)

Important notes

Do NOT start the SmartWi Logger before the smartcard has been inserted. Do NOT use SmartWi Display while using SmartWi Logger. Please make sure that all Client cards are stopped before the Master box is started/restarted.
When the Client cards are started, they are numbered 0, 1, 2 etc. in that order they are inserted. Please write down on which receivers the Client cards are used: 0: Living room 1: Kitchen 2: Sleeping room Philips DSR-2101 Sagem 6280 Sagem ITD-62
It will make it easier to identify which specific receiver causing the problems.
