| Not Worth The Price Ordered this cartridge from Inkers. Opened the bag containing the cartridge and was greeted by a cloud of black toner. No Problem I use this printer in my office on a daily basis. I have had no problems at all. Easy to install and use with Vista. | |

ACTION ON DECISIONS/CONCLUSIONS OF CNS/MET/SG/5 MEETING (Presented by the Secretariat)
SUMMARY This paper reviews actions taken by the APANPIRG/12 Meeting, ANC/Council, States and the Secretariat on the Decisions and Conclusions formulated by the CNS/MET/SG/5 Meeting.
INTRODUCTION
1.1 The Twelfth Meeting of APANPIRG held in Bangkok from 20-24 August 2001 took action on the Decisions and Conclusions formulated by the Fifth Meeting of the CNS/MET SubGroup held in Bangkok from 16 to 20 July 2001. Subsequently, the ANC and Council completed actions on APANPIRG/12 report on 1 March 2002. 2. DISCUSSION
2.1 Actions taken by the ANC and the Council on the Decisions and Conclusions of APANPIRG/12 Meeting in CNS and MET fields are indicated in a tabular form in Attachments 1 and 2 respectively. Actions taken by States and the Secretariat are also shown in the Attachments. 3. ACTION BY THE MEETING
3.1 The meeting is expected to review the Attachments 1 and 2 and take appropriate actins, as required.

Conclusion 12/12 - Need to monitor AFTN circuit performance That, States concerned closely monitor performance of the following AFTN circuits and coordinate upgrading the circuits capacity, in accordance with the AFTN plan. 1. Manila/Singapore
States concerned were requested to monitor loading condition and upgrade circuit capacity as specified in Table CNS-1A AFTN Plan. Consequently, - Manila/Singapore - upgraded to 300 baud; - Nadi/Apia - reconfigured to Apia/USA and planned for implementation on 26 June 2002; - Mumbai/Colombo - planned for upgrading to 2400 bps in 07/02; - Christchurch/Papeete - upgraded to 2400 bps; - Hong Kong/Manila upgraded to 300 baud; - Kuala Lumpur/Chennai upgrading planned for 07/02; - Colombo/Singapore upgrading planned for 12/02; - Tokyo/Singapore upgrading planned for 12/02; and - Colombo/Male upgrading planned for 06/02.

The ATN Planning Documents were published and distributed to States in ASIA/PAC region and adjacent regions.

Editorial changes were made to the plan and presented to the ATN Transition Task Force. A proposal for amendment to the FASID is being processed.

Conclusion 12/19 Protection of Aeronautical Frequency Spectrum That States: a) assign high priority to the aeronautical spectrum management; b) participate in the development of States position for WRCs at the national level to ensure support to ICAO position;
The checklist was provided to States for their use in planning and implementing GNSS as per the strategy adopted by APANPIRG.

ICAO Position was presented to the APT Preparatory Group Meetings for WRC-2003. The conclusion was brought to the attention of States to take appropriate action. The review should take into account all relevant Conclusions of APANPIRG, the Global Air Navigation Plan for the CNS/ATM Systems and the ASIA/PAC Regional Plan for the New CNS/ATM Systems. The result should be presented to the next meeting of the Sub-Group in 2002. The Working Group completed its tasks and the result was reviewed by the ATN Transition Task Force at its fourth meeting held in April 2002. The details are contained in the report of the Task Force provided in WP/2. The Regional Preparatory Group Meeting was held as scheduled. The AMCP WG-F was hosted and several designated contact persons attended both meetings.

That, the TCACs Honolulu, Miami, New Delhi, Darwin, Nadi and Tokyo, designated to provide the service in the ASIA/PAC Regions, issue the advisories using the data designator FK and ensure the routing of these bulletins to aviation users and London Centre for uplink to the SADIS broadcast. Note : Requirement for Honolulu TCAC in the ASIA/PAC Regions is covered by Conclusion 12/33 formulated by the meeting.
Implemented by Tokyo TCAC. Other TCACs have been notified through WMO Tropical Cyclone regional bodies.
