Press Start Scroll to and select Messaging Scroll to and select New Email Account At Email address enter your account email address Scroll to Password enter your account password Scroll to Save password and press the centre of the navigation key to put a tick in the box Press Next Untick (by pressing the centre of the navigation key) Try to get e-mail settings automatically from the internet Press Next At Select your provider scroll left/right to select Internet email Press Next At Your Name enter your name e.g. John Smith Scroll to Account display name and enter a name for your account password e.g. vodafone mail Press Next At Incoming mail service enter your email providers incoming server address Scroll to Account type scroll left/right to select your email providers account type pop3 or Imap4 Press Next At User Name enter your account login name e.g. John.Smith Press Next At Outgoing (SMTP) mail server enter your outgoing mail server address Outgoing server requires authentication should be unticked for vodafone mail and most other accounts Scroll to and select Advanced Server Settings Requires SSL for Incoming and Outgoing mail options should be unticked for vodafone mail and most other accounts Press Done Press Next Scroll to and select Review all download settings:
