1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. 2. The Promoter is G.D. Mitchell Enterprises Pty Ltd A.B.N. 655 820, trading as Mitchells Quality Foods, of 18 Buchanan Road, Banyo QLD 4014, Australia, phone 9292. 3. Entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 years, other than management, employees and contractors of the Promoter and other firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prizes) and their immediate families (Eligible Entrants). 4. The Promotion commences on 26 May 2008 and closes on 6 July 2008 at 17.00 (EST). 5. There are 3 prizes to be given away. a. One (1) Samsung Home Theatre Package consisting of a Samsung 42 inch (106cm) High Definition Plasma TV with built-in HD tuner (PS42C91HDX) and a Samsung 5.1 Floorstanding Home Theatre System (HT-TX500T) featuring 5.1 speakers and floorstanding DVD/receiver with 1080p up-scaling technology, valued at $2858. b. One (1) David Jones Premium Gift Card credited to the value of $3000. c. One (1) Diamond (gem stone) 0.50CT round brilliant cut diamond, H colour, SI1 clarity with laser inscription number GIA 16459173, GIA certificate and certificate of valuation, valued at $3200. 6. The total maximum prize pool is valued at $9058. All prizes include GST. 7. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for other prizes or cash. All prizes must be claimed by winners no later than 10 October 2008. 8. The prize draw will take place at Mitchells Quality Foods (Lite n Easy) at 18 Buchanan Road, Banyo QLD 4014 on 11 July 2008 at 12.00 PM (EST). Winners will be notified in writing and by phone by 14 July 2008. Winners names will be published in The Australian on 16 July 2008. 9. If any prizes are unclaimed by 13 October 2008, the Promoter may conduct further draws at the same time and the same place as the original draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. The unclaimed prize winners will be notified in writing and by phone on 14 October 2008, and will be published in The Australian by 15 October 2008. 10.
