PROMOTER 1. The Promoter is GPT Property Management Pty Ltd, ABN 099 631, Level 52, MLC Centre, 19-29 Martin Place, Sydney, NSW 2000. 2. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants shall be deemed to have accepted all of the conditions of entry. 3. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time. 4. All entries become the property of the Promoter. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS AND EXCLUSIONS 5. Entry is only open to residents of Australia (Eligible Entrants). 6. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families means spouses and children. 7. Multiple entries will be accepted, however each entry requires the specified spend of $20 or more in one transaction at any store at Parkmore Shopping Centre. 8. Only one (1) Scratch Card will be provided per eligible receipt no matter how much is purchased to a value greater than $20 in one transaction at any store in Parkmore Shopping Centre. 9. If an entrant does not provide all the personal information requested on the Scratch Card the entrant may not be eligible to win the major draw. 10. Scratch Cards that reveal an instant prize must be presented to the staff at the Customer Service Desk during the Promotion Period. The staff will issue the winner with a $10 GPT Gift Card. No instant prizes will be awarded after 5pm on Wednesday 24 December, 2008. 11. Entries received after the close date of 5pm, Wednesday 24 December, 2008 will not be considered. 12. The winner must, on request by the Promoter, be able to provide evidence which, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, demonstrates that the winner is an Eligible Entrant and has complied with these terms and conditions. 13. The winner must provide suitable identification to the Promoters satisfaction to be entitled to claim the prize. 14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Scratch Card, entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. PROMOTION DURATION 15. The Promotion commences at 9am Saturday 6 December, 2008 and ends at 5pm Wednesday 24 December, 2008 or when all 15,000 Christmas Wishes Scratch Cards are distributed, whichever comes first. (Promotion Period). WHAT YOU MUST DO TO ENTER 16. To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, a) i) Spend $20 or more in one day in one single transaction at any store in Parkmore Shopping Centre; and ii) Be one of the first 15,000 customers to present their receipt to the staff at Customer Service Desk during Parkmore Shopping Centre trading hours during the Promotion Period to have their receipt validated, in which case the customer will receive one (1) official Christmas Wishes Scratch Card. b) Scratch the panel on their Scratch Card to reveal if they are an instant prize-winner. If so, present their Scratch Card at the Customer Service Desk to collect their instant prize. c) Whether or not an instant prize has been won, complete their details on the reverse of the Scratch Card and place it in the barrel located near the Customer Service Desk to enter the major prize draw.

17. Entries will not be accepted via mail. 18. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly entered or misdirected entries. ELIGIBLE RECEIPTS 19. The following types of receipts are not valid receipts and cannot be used in this promotion: (a) bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and charges and service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills); (b) credit card statements or bank statements; (c) undated receipts; (d) receipts which have already been used to obtain a Scratch Card in this Promotion; and (e) lotto purchases. 20. Receipts from GPT Gift Card purchases with a minimum spend of $20 are an eligible receipt. 21. The Promoter reserves the right to make a copy of or mark the receipts used to enter this promotion. PRIZES 22. The first correct and eligible entry drawn at 5.30pm on Wednesday 24 December 2008 will win the Major Prize. 1 x Nintendo Wii and LCD TV Package: Wii Console with Wii Sports, Wii Fit Kit, Wii Controller (additional) Wii Component Cable, Samsung 37 HD LCD TV Model LA37A450C1D Valued at $2,000. 23. There are 299 instant prizes to be won. Instant prize winners will receive one (1) $10 GPT Gift Cards. The total value of the instant prize pool is $2,990.00. 24. The total prize pool is valued at $4,990.00. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize(s). 25. GPT Gift Card Terms and Conditions apply to the GPT Gift Cards. a) 26. GPT Gift Cards can only be used at any stores participating in the GPT Gift Card Program. A complete list of participating retailers is available at the customer service desk located in centre court and on the Parkmore website. b) GPT Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged. c) The Promoter will not be responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards, gift vouchers, vouchers or membership cards. d) GPT Gift Cards are valid until the date shown on the reverse of the GPT Gift Card (Card Expiry). The Card Expiry shown on the reverse of the GPT Gift Card cannot be changed or extended. 26. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and must be taken as offered. The instant prizes are not redeemable for cash. 27. All prize values are stated in Australian dollars. 28. If any prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State regulation. 29. The prize and/or any element of the prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use their prize and/or any element of the prize as stated. 31. Printing error(s) and other quality control matters will not be used as reason for refusing payment of prizes. 30. Instant prizes will be awarded by staff at the Customer Service Desk to Eligible Entrants with winning Scratch Cards. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of prizes awarded to different Eligible Entrants.

DRAW 31. The major prize draw will take place at Centre Management, Parkmore Shopping Centre, 317 Cheltenham Rd, Keysborough, VIC at 5.30pm on Wednesday 24 December 2008. 32. The winner of the major draw will be determined via a random draw from an entry barrel or box. 33. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 34. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winners parent or guardian. 35. If despite every reasonable effort the winners of a prize cannot be contacted, the prize will be retained for 3 months. At the end of the 3 months being Thursday 19 March, 2009, if the prize/s remain unclaimed, a letter will be sent to the VIC Office of Minor Gaming Unit setting out full details and steps taken to try and contact the winner/s. At that stage a request for redraw/s will be sought. Any redraws will be conducted on at 10am on Thursday 26 March, 2009 at Centre Management, Parkmore Shopping Centre, 317 Cheltenham Road, Keysborough VIC 3173. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS 36. The winners will be contacted by phone once the draw has taken place and in writing thereafter provided contact details have been provided. 37. 39. The winners names will be published on the Parkmore Shopping Centre website on Monday 5 January, 2009 and all winners of prizes over the value of $250 will be published in The Australian newspaper public notices section on Wednesday 14th January, 2009. NO LIABILITY 38. The Promoter and any agencies or businesses associated with this Promotion shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, in connection with accepting or using a prize or participating in the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. PRIVACY 39. The Promoter collects and uses personal information provided by an entrant on a Scratch Card for the primary purposes of: (a) administering the Promotion and where applicable, awarding prizes; and (b) entering the personal information into a database used for direct marketing including sending entrants information products or services offered by the Promoter and other members of the GPT Group. 40. The Promoter may disclose personal information it has collected in relation to entrants to: (a) its service providers and consultants (such as mail houses, delivery companies and market research companies); and (b) other entities in the GPT Group. 41. The entrant may request not to receive future correspondence at any time. 42. The name and photograph of the winners may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize that he or she does not consent to such use. 43. The Promoter regards the security of personal information as a priority however the Promoter cannot guarantee the security of personal information provided.

44. An entrant may request access to his or her personal information held by the Promoter by contacting the Marketing Manager on 5222. The Promoter may deny a request for access in some circumstances. If it does it will tell you why. An access fee may be charged to cover the Promoters costs of providing the information. 45. The Promoter is required by law to keep the Scratch Card for a period 3 months in accordance with VIC Gaming Regulations after which the Scratch Card will be destroyed where an entrant has indicated by ticking the relevant box on the entry form that he or she does not wish to receive any further information from the Promoter. This may limit Promoters ability to supply the entrant with services in the future. 46. For the purposes of these terms and conditions GPT Group includes GPT Property Management Pty Limited (ABN 099 631), GPT Management Holdings Limited (ABN 510 188), GPT Re Limited (ABN 426 504) in its own capacity and in its capacity as the as responsible entity of the General Property Trust, any of their subsidiaries or other related companies and any other agents appointed from time to time.
