The terms and conditions are as under: 1. Following information is to be furnished separately: i) PAN Number and Service Tax Registration etc. ii) Man power employed iii) Previous experience
2. The service engineers deployed must have proper requisite qualification, expertise and wide experience. They are requested to inspect the fax machines weekly and the signature of the user is to be taken as token of satisfactory service of the fax machine and the report of the users is to be submitted to undersigned fortnightly. The AMC holder must sign in AMC Performance Register on a fortnightly basis. Contd. Page 2.
-23. The complaint of fax machine(s) should be attended by the qualified person immediately after receipt of complaint. As a token of confirmation of complaint attending engineer will take sign of complainant official in his/her service register within a period of three days. 4. No advance payment will be made in any circumstance. However the payment is to be made only on satisfactory service. If performance is not found satisfactory (as mentioned in Para No. 2 & 3) payment, and amount will be deducted from the quarterly payment. The payment against contract may be claimed on quarterly basis on completion of each quarter. 5. The contractor should submit the declaration that the firm has not been black listed by any Govt. or Semi Govt. Organizations or Public Sector Undertakings, anytime in the past ten years. 6. This office reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof, and would not be responsible for any postal delay. 7. The outer cover addressed to the undersigned should be superscribed QUOTATION FOR AMC OF FAX MACHINES 8. The successful contractor will have to submit 10% of the AMC as a security deposit. The quotations should reach the Deputy Director(GA), Room No. 733, 7th Floor, A Wing, Nirman Bhawan New Delhi by 3:00 PM on or before 29/09/2006.
