Initial Failure

Check the clock signal's wave at R202(19.5MHz)
Check the clock generation circuit ( related to U202 and OSC201)
No R514 is 3.9MHz wave & the Pin15 of CN401 is 'High' Check the U202
Check the connections and initialization using Factory Test Program

3. Charging

* Test after connecting with Battery : All 4 terminals in battery should be connected to the phone by using jump-wires. Abnormal charging part
Check the pin 17 of CN401 is around 5V
