Q&A TROUBLE

After power supply, the Unable to supply power. screen is all black. The POWER LED in front if the system remains off and the system is not running.

CHECK POINT

Checkthe power cable Check the adapter cable connection.behind the system, connection Check the video output cable power supply. and connection. Check the camera output. Check the video output mode. If DVR is set to CVBS mode, you cant see the image on VGA monitor. mode change hidden key : Mode key + CH 1 Refer to 6-12p, 6-13p of User manual
Remote controller isnt operated.
Set the DVRs system ID and Remote Controller ID. Refer to 6-12p of User manual

Lost Password.

Factory Reset Hidden Key : Mode Key + CH 2 The Password and all setting value will return to the initial default value. Default Password is 4321. Refer to 6-10p, 6-12p of User manual
Video output is scrambled.
Check to connect the Video In(BNC input) and RJ-11 In(DIY camera) with the same channel at the same time. If connecting them simultaneously, two input signals are mixed. Please connect only one between the two inputs.

Audio isnt sounded.

Check the audio cable and connection. Check to Select the desired audio channel. S marker is displayed on channel which is selected. Only one channel which display S marker is sounded in live mode.
