Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all Claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of Claim and forfeiture of any right to a Store Credit Card. The Good Guys purchase tax invoice(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase where the purchase was made during the Promotion period and prior to the Claim. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the claimant will be deemed to be the person in whose name the purchase tax invoice was issued provided the person is an Australian resident over 18 years of age.

If the Store Credit Card is defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen, it will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. The Store Credit Card is: Redeemable for merchandise or services at participating The Good Guys stores only; Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts; Must be redeemed before the specified expiry date; Cannot be reloaded; Is partially redeemable. It is up to the claimant to use the full value of the Store Credit Card before expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance on the Store Credit Card. Unused balance on the expiry date of The Store Credit Card will not be refunded or credited. If purchase exceeds available Store Credit Card balance, the claimant must pay the variance with another payment method. Claimants are liable for all transactions on the Store Credit Card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by the Promoter or any of the Promoters employees. The Promoter reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to Terms of Use will be available in store. If for any reason a claimant does not redeem the Store Credit Card by the expiry date, then the Store Credit Card will not be refunded or credited as per the terms and conditions of the Promotion. 15. If the Store Credit Card is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Store Credit Card with an offer to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 16. The Store Credit Card, or any unused portion of the Store Credit Card, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. 17. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate. 18. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimants responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Claims must be submitted online within 14 days of the purchase being made and must be prior to 11:59 pm AEDST 14 May 2011. Once the claim form has been submitted, claimants will be instructed online to send their original purchase receipt in a stamped envelope to Samsung Masterchef Fridge Promotion, PO Box 634, Petersham, NSW 2049 for validation. All purchase receipts must be received by the Promoter within 14 days of submitting their online claim form and no later than last mail received on 1 June 2011. A counter on the Promoter's website will display the remaining number of respective Tier 1 Bonus Gifts and Tier 2 Bonus Gifts available for redemption (updated every few seconds and based on the online registration of the claim). The displayed number will include in the reduction all registered and pending claims as well as dispatched Tier 1 Bonus Gifts and Tier 2 Bonus Gifts. Claims that are invalid will not be deducted from this counter.
