| Terrible. Not impressed. I am typically a huge fan of Samsung, but this device is a huge disappointment. VERY disappointing- service and customer care are inept I bought this product last January and found it easy to use but the scroll-pad failed soon aft... Great little player Pros: Good sound, easy to set up and use, has many popular functions, good rechargeable battery life, good sound. | |

| its a good sized mp3 i cant get music transferred. PROS: The YP-Z5 has 4 GB of memory, which is excellent for a flash player. The YP-Z5 has around 30 hours of battery life (I verified this). | |

| Where do I start, in the beginning I liked this product but as I started to use more and more I started to 2nd guess my decision. Drop n play. I got the product damaged, had to send off for repairs. I enjoy the sound quality of the player, and it has amazing battery life. I really like this MP3 player. Easy to use. | |

| Head phones that come with are good quality however the ear pieces on mine came unglued, I bought a pair of Sennheiser headphones that sound great. I have had this since it came out, and it has exceeded my expectations. Money well spent. I recommend this to everyone. The design, speakers. | |
