A wall hung, fanned flued 33 kW storage combination boiler it uses a shift load storage tank to provide a remarkable 200 litres of usable hot water; plus theres antiseizure controls, frost protection and on-board diagnostics with digital display for simple, easy read-outs and self-diagnosing faults. For houses without a mains gas supply, the ISOTWIN CONDENS can be easily converted to G31 propane without a conversion kit. It all combines to make a reliable, user friendly boiler thats perfect for the larger home.

ISODYN

The ISOTWIN CONDENS uses a shift load storage principle to deliver up to 200 litres of usable domestic hot water. This is achieved by mixing water stored in the integral tank with water produced during normal domestic hot water operation. This is enough water to satisfy even the largest demands and once the tank has been depleted the ISOTWIN continues to operate in normal combi mode producing 14 l/min of hot water @ 35OC rise.

Designed to cover a wide range of property sizes. The EnviroPlus F24E/F28E combination boilers are designed to meet evolving needs, providing hot water within 5 seconds using a pre-heat via the domestic heat exchanger. The EnviroPlus F24E and F28E both have a built in filling device and an optional integral timer.
Providing hot water within 5 seconds using a pre-heat via the heat exchanger (combi models only). Can be fitted with a 7 day timer (combi models only). Filters on mains water inlet and central heating return prevent blockages. A daily pump exercise program delivers assured product performance every day of the year. Built in filling loop (combi models only) and system bypass removes the need for extra external plumbing. Simple pipe connection tails ensure easy connection of system pipework. Extensive flueing options and frost protection means an EnviroPlus can be sited almost anywhere.
The EnviroPlus boiler achieves a SEDBUK A rating the highest efficiency rating possible.

Installation is simple with all connections at the front, water control group and expansion vessels are supplied in the packaging. To further enhance this, all cylinders come complete with a domestic hot water 2 port motorised valve and 3 kW back up immersion heater.

If L is greater than 600 mm then extensions are required. If L is less than 400 mm use horizontal top flue A2044900, which can be cut to suit a minimum wall thickness of 75 mm. Y = Wall thickness. Z = Distance from centre line of flue outlet to the back of the boiler. The horizontal flue can be extended. The maximum flue length with extensions must not be exceeded (refer to appliance technical specification). For each additional 90 or 2 x 45 bends fitted, the maximum flue length must be reduced by 1 m. The vertical flue adaptor E is required for vertical flue connections to the boiler.

Plume Diverter Kit

L = L1 + L2 Maximum available combined
The Plume Diverter Kit fits onto the horizontal flue and allows the flue outlet to be raised. This ensures that the flue gases are vented at a higher level. The maximum permitted flue length P, is measured from the centre line of the flue terminal to the top of the outlet terminal. Maximum flue length P, must not be exceeded (please refer to the appliance installation manual). For each additional 90 or 2 x 45 bends fitted, the maximum flue length must be reduced by 1 m.
