Printer Status Monitor is designed for the desktop user and works closely with your printer driver. While the print driver enables you to communicate with the device, Printer Status Monitor allows the Imager to communicate with you. Check printer availability, paper levels, and other options before you send your jobor at any time you choose. And, Printer Status Monitor even alerts you when your job is complete. Now you can easily select where to send your print job, and also be notified when to go get it. Talk about efficient!

Printer Administration Utility (PAU) is a network tool designed
to speed up the installation and configuration of all connected Sharp devices. Primarily for IT Managers, it allows you to manage all Sharp and non-Sharp SNMP compliant printers over the network right from your desktop. IT Managers can customize machine information as well as view device status with optional pop-up alert messages. Detailed product information can be viewed as well, including total impressions and toner status. And of course, network settings can be viewed and edited as needed. In addition to all this, PAU can be easily customized. You can create lists of printers that share specific characteristics and display them by model name, IP address, status, location and more. v Monitor the status of all devices on

In addition to Printer Status Monitor and Printer Administration Utility, Sharps multifunction devices offer additional software that increase the functionalityand overall valueof your Imager. Through the Imager Home Page an administrator or user can manage device functionality, such as Scanning, Faxing, R.E.D., as well as status and network configuration. This password protected home page can be easily accessed through a standard Web browser. Through the Imager Home Page you can create and customize destinations or one-touch address keysenabling you to route a document with the touch of a few buttons. In addition, System Administrators can utilize the Imager Home Page to configure network cards, passwords and moreall from an intuitive, user-friendly interface.
Remote E-Mail Diagnostic (R.E.D.) is a solution so easy, it literally takes care of itself. It enables key operators, IT Managers and Sharp Authorized Service Providers to automatically receive E-mails regarding specific device notifications. From basic maintenance such as adding paper or toner or providing reminders of regular service callsto more complex needs, R.E.D. helps ensure that your Imager will function at peak performance. With R.E.D., you may never have to place a service call again. Your Imager will do it for you!
