Great for the price. The 5 star rating if more so for the price, eco-friendly packaging than audio quality. Great little earphones I have previously purchased these for myself when I wanted a cheap pair to go to the gym.

Would certainly purchase again, especially at price from this merchant. Sound is overall exceptionally high quality, and the ear buds fit comfortably.

I buy these over and over for friends & r...  Great sound quality. No distortion, in my experience Asymmetrical cord is great on a plane. First thing I noticed when I put them on was ...  Price - $15 off of ebay (NIB). Sound - good bass, mids and highs. Good fit.

the unit are very small and easy to carry and look high tech too. I like it as compare to the bulky headphone I had used before. For the price. After 1 month of horror and pain with my iPod earbuds, I was desperate for a nice set of ear phones for office, recreation, and home chore use.

ABOUT YOUR OVEN

This Operation Manual is valuable: read it carefully and always save it for reference. A good microwave cookbook is a valuable asset. Check it for microwave cooking principles, techniques, hints and recipes. See pages 22 and 23 for ordering the Sharp Carousel Microwave Cookbook. When using the oven at power levels below 100%, you may hear the magnetron cycling on and off. It is normal for the exterior of the oven to be warm to the touch when cooking or reheating. Condensation is a normal part of microwave cooking. Room humidity and the moisture in food will inuence the amount of moisture that condenses in the oven. Generally, covered foods will not cause as much condensation as uncovered ones. Vents on the oven back must not be blocked. The oven is for food preparation only. It should not be used to dry clothes or newspapers. Your oven is rated 1100 watts by using the IEC Test Procedure. In using recipes or package directions, check food a minute or two before the minimum time and add time accordingly.

wood, straw, wicker

How to use aluminum foil in your microwave oven:
Small at pieces of aluminum foil placed smoothly on the food can be used to shield areas that are either defrosting or cooking too quickly. Foil should not come closer than one inch to any surface of the oven. Should you have questions about utensils or coverings, check a good microwave cookbook or follow recipe suggestions.

DO NOT USE

metal pans and bakeware dishes with metallic trim non-heat-resistant glass non-microwave-safe plastics (margarine tubs) recycled paper products brown paper bags food storage bags metal twist-ties
ACCESSORIES There are many microwave accessories
available for purchase. Evaluate carefully before you purchase so that they meet your needs. A microwavesafe thermometer will assist you in determining correct doneness and assure you that foods have been cooked to safe temperatures. Sharp is not responsible for any damage to the oven when accessories are used.
Should you wish to check if a dish is safe for microwaving, place the empty dish in the oven and microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds. A dish which becomes very hot should not be used.
ABOUT CHILDREN AND THE MICROWAVE
Children below the age of 7 should use the microwave oven with a supervising person very near to them. Between the ages of 7 and 12, the supervising person should be in the same room. The child must be able to reach the oven comfortably; if not, he/she should stand on a sturdy stool. At no time should anyone be allowed to lean or swing on the oven door. Children should be taught all safety precautions: use potholders, remove coverings carefully, pay special attention to packages that crisp food because they may be extra hot. Dont assume that because a child has mastered one cooking skill he/she can cook everything. Children need to learn that the microwave oven is not a toy. See page 19 for Child Lock feature.

ABOUT MICROWAVE COOKING

Arrange food carefully. Place thickest areas towards outside of dish. Watch cooking time. Cook for the shortest amount of time indicated and add more as needed. Food severely overcooked can smoke or ignite. Cover foods while cooking. Check recipe or cookbook for suggestions: paper towels, wax paper, microwave plastic wrap or a lid. Covers prevent spattering and help foods to cook evenly. Shield with small at pieces of aluminum foil any thin areas of meat or poultry to prevent overcooking before dense, thick areas are cooked thoroughly. Stir foods from outside to center of dish once or twice during cooking, if possible. Turn foods over once during microwaving to speed cooking of such foods as chicken and hamburgers. Large items like roasts must be turned over at least once. Rearrange foods such as meatballs halfway through cooking both from top to bottom and from the center of the dish to the outside. Add standing time. Remove food from oven and stir, if possible. Cover for standing time which allows the food to nish cooking without overcooking. Check for doneness. Look for signs indicating that cooking temperatures have been reached. Doneness signs include: - Food steams throughout, not just at edge. - Center bottom of dish is very hot to the touch. - Poultry thigh joints move easily. - Meat and poultry show no pinkness. - Fish is opaque and akes easily with a fork.

Covering Foods:

Some foods work best when covered. Use the cover recommended in the chart for these foods. 1. Casserole lid. 2. Plastic wrap: Use plastic wrap recommended for microwave cooking. Cover dish loosely; allow approximately 1/2 inch/1 cm to remain uncovered to allow steam to escape. Plastic wrap should not touch food. 3. Wax paper: Cover dish completely; fold excess wrap under dish to secure. If dish is wider than paper, overlap two pieces at least 1 inch/2.5 cm to cover. Be careful when removing any covering to allow steam to escape away from you.

MANUAL DEFROST

If the food that you wish to defrost is not listed on the DEFROST CHART or is above or below the limits in the Amount column on the DEFROST CHART, you need to defrost manually. Estimate defrosting time and touch POWER LEVEL pad 8 times for 30% when you select the power level. For either raw or previously cooked frozen food the rule of thumb is approximately 4 minutes per pound. For example, defrost 4 minutes for 1 pound/450 g of frozen spaghetti sauce. Always stop the oven periodically to remove or separate the portions that are defrosted. If food is not defrosted at the end of the estimated defrosting time, program the oven in 1 minute increments at 30% until totally defrosted. When using plastic containers from the freezer, defrost only long enough to remove from the plastic in order to place in a microwave-safe dish.

Built-in Kit s
When building in a Sharp countertop microwave oven, be sure to use the proper Sharp built-in kit. All Sharp kits are UL approved and provide ductwork to assure proper air circulation around the product. Not all microwave ovens can be built-in. Check the nameplate and/or carton of the microwave oven for the correct built-in kit. This information is also at www.sharpusa.com. Operation Manuals and Installation Instructions can be downloaded from the Sharp website. Never enclose a microwave oven so tightly that air cannot circulate around it. It will not function properly in a tight enclosure.
BUILT-IN KITS for Countertop Microwaves

Sharp offers a variety of Built-in Kits for Full Size and Family Size models. Prepare cabinet or wall opening to provide access to a separate 3-pronged, 120V AC outlet of 15 amps or larger. Please refer to operation manual for installation recommendations.

The oor of the opening should be constructed of plywood strong enough to support the weight of the oven (about 100 pounds). The oor should be level for proper operation of the microwave. Be sure to check the local building code as it may require that the opening be enclosed with sides, ceiling and rear partition. The proper functioning of the microwave does not require the enclosure.
