This is the worst phone I have ever owned, after only one week of owning the phone is started turning off, freezing, was slow and didn't receive messages until about 1 month after they were sent. I sent it back to be repaired, and it came back with a new phone, but my same cover and battery etc. I had to send it back straight away as it had no programs, ringtones, games, mms and internet had been disabled. When I got the phone back it was again fine for a week, then it started not recieving messages, freezing, two keys didn't work and turning off randomly. AGAIN I sent it back and the reason for these problems was and I quote "Faulty software." Which means they replaced it with something faulty.twice?
