Installation

The Equipment With the Gigaset 1054isdn, you have purchased a cordless Euro-ISDN system that offers the advantage of mobile telephoning with the comfort of a high quality ISDN telecommunication installation. The device has been designed using modern digital technology and conforms to the European standard for cordless telephones (DECT) and the Euro-ISDN standard. Among other things, the DECT technology offers a high level of security against undesired interception of telephone signals and good digital speech quality. Additionally, it provides the ability to easily expand the basic configuration Gigaset 1054isdn - i.e. one base station and two mobile units - to a telephone system that will allow you to call both internally and externally. Mobile units of the model Gigaset 1000 and upward can be operated on Gigaset 1054isdn. Therefore, Gigaset 1054isdn fulfills the needs of both private and professional users, for example, in office buildings and small businesses. In addition to the standard telephone functions, it also offers:
