2011 Miss Collierville Judges
Utilizing her Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Personnel Administration, Jennifer Taylor serves the Director of Campus Programming at The University of Mississippi. During her 12-year tenure at Ole Miss, she worked in the Office of Admissions recruiting students and coordinating campus recruitment programs. In her current position, Jennifer is responsible for the development, planning, implementation, promotion and assessment of campus and student activities. A volunteer for the Miss America Organization for over 10 years, Jennifer serves as the Executive Director of the Miss University Scholarship Pageant, a preliminary to Miss Mississippi, and has judged numerous preliminaries throughout the South. Active in philanthropy and community service, Jennifer has worked extensively with organizations such as United Way, the National MS Society, the March of Dimes and the Childrens Miracle Network. Jennifer and her husband, Matt, reside in Oxford with their daughter, Anna Katherine. A graduate of Stephens College in Columbia, MO with a degree in Television-Radio-Film, June Rodgers spent 13 years in television news as a News Producer for WREG-TV NewsChannel 3. While in college, she served as president of the Student Government Association and was involved in campus activities. Certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America as a Fitness Instructor, June leads weekly fitness classes for her company, church and community. An avid runner, she most recently completed the St. Jude Half Marathon as a St. Jude Hero. June serves as the Choir Director for Oak Grove Baptist Church and is involved in theDrama Ministry as a writer, producer and director. She is an advocate forthe prevention of obesity and diabetes and supports the Hope House, the March of Dimes, St. Jude and other local charities. As a high school educator, Beth Kellogg taught English and Creative Writing in six states before retiring and starting her own public relations company. Today, she heads Creative Partners Public Relations which specializes in book promotion for authors and booking speakers for events. Active in community services, she is a board member for the Mississippi Metropolitan Ballet Company and directs the Hinds County Junior Miss Program. A native of Mobile, Alabama, Beth is a talented singer, and once holding contracts with MGM Studios. Her daughter, Allison, was Miss Mississippi 2003. Now residing in the Jackson, Mississippi area, she is married to Stuart Kellogg, general manager of the ABC television affiliate. Ann Saccomano is the former Director of Government Affairs for the American Association of Exporters and Importers based in Washington, DC. Her experience includes more than a decade as a journalist covering the global business for assorted publications, including the Journal of Commerce, Traffic World and World Trade. She has a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and M.A. in Science and Technology Policy from The George Washington University. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds a California private investigators license. She served as docent at the
John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC.

Laura Franklin has served as the Executive Director of the Miss Pontotoc Scholarship pageant for 20 years and the Miss Dixie Scholarship pageant for eight years, both preliminaries to the Miss Mississippi Pageant. Her volunteer efforts have helped to produce and inspire Miss Mississippi 1996 Kari Litton, Miss Mississippi 2000 Christy May and Miss Mississippi 2004 Jalin Wood. She was recently honored with the Miss Mississippi Board of Directors Volunteer of the Year Award. Now retired after a 27-year banking career, Laura is employed at First Baptist Church in Pontotoc as the Financial Secretary. She has received Outstanding Woman of the Year honors from the Tupelo Area Business and Professional Women andPontotoc County Chamber of Commerce. She is active in civic and nonprofit organizations. She has been married to husband, Donald, for 43 years and they have two children and five grandchildren.

A native of Blytheville, Arkansas, Abby Houseworth was named one of the Top 20 Business Women in Arkansas and is a member of the Presidential Whos Who Among Business and Professional Achievers. She is a Hospitality Management graduate of the University of Mississippi and a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York, where she specialized in Classic French Cuisine. In addition to serving as an Executive Chef, she serves on the Food & Beverage committee for the Intercontinental Hotel, and a committee member for the Kemmons Wilson School of Hospitality Management at the University of Memphis. She was named 1st Runner Up to Miss Arkansas in 2003, and a top 10 finalist in the National Sweetheart Pageant. She is a certified Miss America preliminary judge.

A native of Memphis, Paige is a Certified Fitness Trainer specializing in strength training, overall fitness, and nutrition. She is a graduate of Memphis State University with a degree in Elementary Education. No stranger to pageantry, she was named Mrs. Tennessee America 2004, a national pageant focusing on the contemporary American married woman. Paige and her husband, Dave, reside in Germantown , TN with their two sons, Blake 14, and Riley 10. When she is not training clients, she plays competitive tennis and enjoys watching her sons play sports.

A former Miss Memphis and Miss Mid-South Fair, Vicki Ogden Fowlkes was a Finalist in the MidSouth Fair Youth Talent Competition. Also, she appeared on the hit television show, Star Search with the dance group Street Scene. A graduate of University of Memphis, she is a Sales Manager with XO Communications. She is a member of the Memphis Women Social Association and The Memphis Chamber Club. Married with three sons, she is heavily involved with CYAA baseball and football. A fitness enthusiast, Vicki has completed the Memphis Marathon. She is an advocate for St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital working with the Alexs Lemonade Stand Foundation.

Keli Rabon is an award-winning investigative reporter from WREG-TV, NewsChannel 3. Her investigations have prompted changes in both state law and local policy. A native of Schulenburg, Texas, Keli graduated from Texas Lutheran University. She has worked at FOX News Network in Washington, D.C., as well as affiliate stations in Texas and Mississippi. A member of the Memphis community since 2008, she is an active member of the Memphis Junior League and volunteers her time to the Girls, Inc. where she is involved in the Baby Think It Over program combating teen pregnancy.
