The EZ Connect Wireless Bluetooth USB Adapter (SMCBT10) is another cutting edge wireless technology brought to you by SMC. The SMC Wireless Bluetooth USB Adapter allows your USB PC or notebook to work with all Bluetooth devices. Simply plug in your SMC-BT10 Wireless Bluetooth USB Adapter into the USB port on your laptop or desktop. Bluetooth technology allows you to communicate with other Bluetooth devices to wirelessly share files, transfer data, print, synchronize your PDA information, send and receive email, browse the web, and use a mobile phone to access the Internet. The SMC Wireless Bluetooth USB Adapter supports Class 2 Bluetooth and has a operating range of up to 30 feet. Connect with up to seven other Bluetooth devices at the same time, the SMC Wireless Bluetooth USB Adapter supports encryption and authentication to ensure secure data transmission across the network. The EZ Connect Wireless Bluetooth USB Adapter includes an EZ Installation Wizard that enables quick and easy setup. Simply put the EZ Installation Wizard CD into your CD drive, and click on the Install Driver/Utility Link. The wizard will perform the installation automatically. Step 4: Restart the Computer. After the BlueSoleil software package is installed, you will need to restart the computer. This is to make sure that the installed Bluetooth Device takes effect.
