OVERVIEW

The ADSL2/2+ BarricadeTMg, SMC7904WBRA, is an allin-one solution for connecting and sharing your ADSL2/2+ Broadband connection in your home or office. This multifunction Annex A ADSL2/2+ router combines a 2.4GHz 54Mbps 802.11g Wireless Access Point, 4 10/100Mbps RJ45 ports for connection to a PC or Network and an RJ11 WAN port that connects to your ADSL2/2+ line. The four 10/100Mbps RJ45 ports can be connected to a network hub or switch to expand the number of people sharing your ADSL2/2+ connection in your home or your office. The SMC7904WBRA also has a built in DHCP server to make implementing and expanding your network simple and easy. This device supports ADSL2+ G.dmt, which gives you download speeds up to 24Mbps and upload speeds up to 1Mbps. Its SPI based Firewall security provides a high level of security for your network. This new device is a complete ADSL2/2+ solution for PC or MAC users. Graphical user interface software is provided for easy installation, configuration, and management. The LED display panel on the front of the product shows at-a-glance the Ethernet activity, ADSL2/2+ status and Power.

The SMC Wireless ADSL2/2+ Barricade also provides extensive firewall with network VPN pass through (IPSec, PPTP & L2TP) capabilities for reduced cost of communications.

OVERVIEW

The ADSL2 Barricade N Pro Modem Router (SMC7904WBRA-N) is the perfect all-in-one networking solution for connecting and sharing your high speed ADSL Internet connection. Designed for the home and ofce, this platform independent multi-functional router combines a built-in ADSL2/2+ Modem, 4-port 10/100 LAN switch, high speed Wireless-N (802.11n) access point, NAT rewall with Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) and a user friendly web-based management interface in one convenient device. The built-in wireless access point is Wi-Fi CERTIFIED for full compliance with the 802.11n standard, as well as the popular Wireless-G (802.11g) and Wireless-B (802.11b) standards. This next generation wireless networking standard utilizes advanced MIMO (Multiple-In, Multiple-Out) technology to deliver incredible speed and range. With wireless speeds up to 300Mbps and up to 11x the coverage, there is enough bandwidth to simultaneously stream video and audio, play online games, transfer large les, make VoIP calls and surf the Internet.
