CENTRALIS indoor RTS
The CENTRALIS indoor RTS is a radio receiver for roller shutter compatible with all the RTS controls and the INIS R T. Commands are transmitted by radio (frequency 433.42 MHz) over a range of 300 meters in free space, and at least 20 meters even if it has to pass through two reinforced concrete walls.

Cabling of the CENTRALIS indoor RTS :
The CENTRALIS indoor RTS is compatible with all standard SOMFY motors. Cabling arrangements are shown in the diagram. Respect the electrical standards in force as well as the following points: - disconnect the mains supply before carrying out any work: the fuse is placed under the yellow cap of the CENTRALIS indoor RTS. - use flexible cables - ensure that no longitudinal forces act on the cable carriers after installation - do not forget to connect the earth wires.

WARNING : if the roller shutter moves DOWN when pressing the UP button of the RTS controls, invert the brown and black motor wires.

CENTRALIS RTS

INIS RT
Mounting of the CENTRALIS indoor RTS :
The receiver can either be placed in a 50 mm inset mounting box (60 mm spacing) or surface mounted. Recommendations : t minimum distance between the receiver and the floor : 1,5 m. t minimum distance between the receiver and the transmitter : 30 cm. t minimum distance between two receivers : 20 cm. RECESSED
Screw the support inside on the recessed box.
Complete the cabling of the receiver and clip the receiver in the support.
Clip the front co ver to the receiver.

SURFACE MOUNTED

Scr ew the flush mounting box on the w all.
Screw the support inside the box.
Clip the front co ver to the surface mounting box.
C Programming : RTS control

1 INITIAL INSTALLATION

SINGLE CONTROL Set the CENTRALIS indoor RTS in its programming mode by pressing the PROG button until the LED lights (approximately 2 seconds). This indicates that the CENTRALIS indoor RTS is ready to receive the address of a CENTRALIS RTS for one minute (After this time limit, the LED will go out). Press shortly the programming button on the CENTRALIS RTS. The LED of the CENTRALIS indoor RTS blinks indicating that the address of the CENTRALIS RTS is memorized in the CENTRALIS indoor RTS which automatically quits its programming mode. MULTIPLE CONTROL Assign several RTS controls to the CENTRALIS indoor RTS following the same procedure as described above. You can assign up to 16 controls to one receiver. If you try to enter a 17th, your instruction will be ignored, the led of the receiver will go out. GENERAL OR GROUP CONTROL Set all the CENTRALIS indoor RTS that you wish to control by one CENTRALIS RTS in their programming mode. Press shortly the programming button of the CENTRALIS RTS. The LEDs of all the CENTRALIS indoor RTS blink indicating that the address of the CENTRALIS RTS has been memorized in all these receivers.
2 ADD A CENTRALIS RTS IN THE MEMORY OF A RECEIVER
Press more than 2 seconds on the programming button of a CENTRALIS RTS which is already memorized in the CENTRALIS indoor RTS in order to wake up the CENTRALIS indoor RTS. the LED of the CENTRALIS RTS lights on, indicating that all the CENTRALIS indoor RTS which have the adress of this CENTRALIS RTS are in their programming mode for one minute. Press shortly the programming button of the new CENTRALIS RTS you wish to assign. The address of the CENTRALIS RTS is memorized in all the CENTRALIS indoor RTS which automatically quit their programming mode.
3 REMO VE ONE CENTRALIS RTS FROM THE MEMORY OF THE RECEIVER

(ON AN EXISTING INSTALLATION)
To remove a CENTRALIS RTS from the memory of a CENTRALIS indoor RTS,set the CENTRALIS indoor RTS in its programming mode, then press shortly the prog button of the CENTRALIS RTS you wish to remove. It is also possible to wake up the CENTRALIS indoor RTS with another CENTRALIS RTS (see C/2), then press shortly the prog button of the CENTRALIS RTS you wish to remove.
4 REMO VE ALL THE CENTRALIS RTS FROM THE MEMORY OF THE RECEIVER
(RESET OF THE CENTRALIS INDOOR RTS)
To remove the adresses of all the CENTRALIS RTS from the memory of a CENTRALIS indoor RTS, press the programming button of the CENTRALIS indoor RTS until the LED blinks (approximately 10 seconds). The memory of the receiver is erased.

D Programming : INIS RT

With an INIS R T, the functioning of the CENTRALIS indoor RTS is a trip switch type : v, stop, w, stop, - you can program only one INIS R T in the memory of a receiver (single control). - you cannot program INIS R T and RTS controls together in the memory of a receiver.
Set the CENTRALIS indoor RTS in its programming mode by pressing the PROG button until the LED lights (approximately 2 seconds). This indicates that the CENTRALIS indoor RTS is ready to receive the address of an INIS RT for one minute (After this time limit, the LED will go out).
Remove and replace the battery of the INIS RT, then Press shortly the push button on the INIS RT. The LED of the CENTRALIS indoor RTS blinks indicating that the address of the INIS RT is memorized in the CENTRALIS indoor RTS which automatically quits its programming mode.
2 REMO VE AN INIS RT FROM THE MEMORY OF THE RECEIVER
To remove the adresse of the INIS RT from the memory of a CENTRALIS indoor RTS, press the programming button of the CENTRALIS indoor RTS until the LED blinks (approximately 10 seconds). The memory of the receiver is erased.

Malfunctions

The LED on the control does not light. The LED on the control flashes but the command is not sent. The leds of the control and the receiver light, but the motor does not operate.
Check the battery of the control 1- Press the built-in manual security control of the Centralis indoor RTS. 2- Check the programming. 3- Check the good wiring of the motor and the Centralis indoor RTS. 1- Press the built-in manual security control of the Centralis indoor RTS. 2- Check the wiring of the installation and the power supply to the motor.
