Digital surround power to make the most of your movies The Blu-ray Disc player is perfectly matched with the Sony HT-SF2000 Home Theatre System. It comprises a receiver using 32bit full digital SMaster amplification to deliver 1000W total output power, plus a package of speakers designed to make the most of the amazing sound of all your entertainment sources. Taking the decoded sound from the BDP-S300 in High Definition Linear PCM, it will deliver a stunning surround performance to match the superb picture quality of Blu-ray Disc. Speakers designed for great sound with serious style The speakers in the HTP-BD2RSF system have height-adjustable stands to match them to the screen of your BRAVIA TV, and can also be wallmounted. Dedicated 2-way front speakers, centre and surround speakers are all part of the package, along with a compact but powerful subwoofer.
BRAVIA Theatre Sync for complete system control The HTP-BD2RSF has three-in, one-out HDMI connections, allowing an entire system to be fed through to your BRAVIA TV set, and BRAVIA Theatre Sync allows you true one-touch operation of a complete Sony system. For example, press the play button on the players remote control and the system fires up, the TV switches on and selects the correct input, and the movie starts playing.
It all means no more scrabbling for the correct remote, and no fistful of handsets to drive the system: one remote will do it all. It couldnt be simpler. Simply plug the provided microphone into the receiver, place it where you would normally sit and press one button: the system runs a short sequence of tests, analyses the results and computes the ideal volume, delay and frequency settings for your speakers.
