Delivery, RATES, & TERMS
Local delivery rate is $ 30.00 per trip for delivery inside of Beltway 8.Extended delivery outside the beltway is $ 50.00 each way. Items shipped via other carriers (FedEx, Air Freight) will be billed at the estimated rate. All prices are F.O.B. Houston, Texas. Local delivery and pick-up charges are extra, except where specifically noted herein. Rental rates are based upon a single day of rental. Weekly rates are for three times the daily rate. Extended rates available upon request. Cancellation of equipment and services must be received 24 hours prior to the event to avoid a single day rental charge. Insurance for the full replacement value of the equipment is the sole responsibility of the renter and proof must be provided upon pickup. Unless otherwise specified, Stage Directions terms are COD payable with cash, money order, or credit card. With prior approved credit terms of NET 30 days may be extended.
