This is the best camera I have ever seen. Some reviewers will blast the camera for "chromatic aberration", but it is clearly in the top 3.

Misguided update for controls from previous models. Hate the thumb toggle. Lens opens up when cap is in place, unlike previous models. Today G5 is almost history, but having used this camera for more than one month (~1800 shots), perhaps some words can help after-market researchers.

great to use, but can be slow to respond Great to use, easy to take great pictures, but there can be significant lag between pressing the shutter. Fantastic Camera- Vesitile, good quality- Buy it! I recently bought this camera for a trip to Argentina.
