I have vista home premium I tried to make a recovery disk with 2 DVD s with the vista program and after the first disk was complete I put in the second disk in and at about 18 thru the second I get the message that the second disk doest conform with memory stick the program. I am using the recomended DVD troubleshooting hp version disk. I have gone thru 5 disk at this point trying price to let the recovery copy to the second disk but keeps failing. any price sugestions. I m trying to view some charger easter eggs in a game I own which requires me to modify the . ini file for it user manual. I did this in XP with no trouble but Vista keeps telling me manual it can t create the filepath to save the modified file or that I don t have permission to modify this file. I ve already adjusted the properties and manual allowed everything. Any other ideas Hi Tom c program files is a special folder in Vista and direct manipulation of charger the files is pretty much impossible.
