I just got a new Digital SLR Camera, 15.1 megapixels. This card writes and reads those large files great. Writes/Reads fast Long Cycle It works just fine with a Canon underwater camera. I bought two of these and have had no problems. Large Capacity

WE PURCHASED A NEW CAMERA AND MEMORY CARD. WHILE WE ENJOY BOTH ITEMS NOW. I use these cards in my Nikon D90 and they work perfectly. Gives me about 350 exposes RAW+JPEG(fine), and video looks very smooth....

Music Skipped The card was faster than my Sandisk Class 2 16BG card. Very fast works amazing for GBA EMU carts. Games I play from my gba4two are faster than actually using the real carts thanks to this memory card. Very Fast MicroSD card I think if anyone owns an Android phone, they should upgrade to a class 6 micro sd card.

Overview

This operation software controls the HKSP-008HD Frame Synchronizer. It is installed on the UCP-8060 Universal Control Panel and controls multiple HKSP-008HD units via the network.

As for the latest version of the operation software, consult your Sony representative. To install the latest version, refer to the Operation Manual for the UCP-8060.

a Memory Stick slot Insert a Memory Stick with the label side up. For details, refer to the Operation Manual of the UCP-8060. b System indicator Lights in red, orange, or green to indicates the system operation status. c Status indicator Lights in red, orange, or green to show the status of access to the Memory Stick slot or of the connected system. d Display window Shows a menu or data. The window functions as a touch panel, and you can select a function by touching an onscreen object representing it. The displayed items depend on the operation software to be used. e Title bar Shows the title of the displayed screen. f Status area Shows the current status such as the slot number where the HKSP-008HD is installed, error messages, etc.
g List area Shows the items that are controlled with this operation software as buttons. When you touch a button, the function assigned to the button is performed. h Adjusted value display area Shows the parameters assigned to the corresponding control knobs and the set values. A value can be adjusted by turning the control knob. You can directly enter the value on the number key screen displayed by touching the desired area. i Jog roller Turn the roller to select an item or change a value. Press the roller to execute the selection. j Jog L, R buttons The left button is called the jog L button, and the right one the jog R button. Press to change the layer of the menu. k Function buttons These buttons are called function button 1, 2, 5 from the top, and light in red, orange, or green according to the operation status.
l Stage path area Shows the path of the menu. m Task bar Shows the items performed by pressing the select L or R button, keyboard icon, etc. n Select L, R buttons The left button is the select L button, and the right button is the select R button. Press these buttons to perform the function displayed at the corresponding position on the task bar. The screen display will change accordingly. o Control knobs The knobs are called control knob 1, 2, 3, and 4 from the top. These are for adjusting the values of parameters displayed on the right of the display window.

Functions of the Menu Items

Output

If the format of the HDTV SDI video signal is set to P or PsF mode, a frame picture is output independent of the setting of this item, and this item is not displayed. Audio Channel Select the channels of digital audio signals multiplexed on the HDTV SDI video input signal to be processed. 9-16ch: 9 to 16 channel audio signals 1-8ch: 1 to 8 channel audio signals
This item appears when Transparent is set to OFF in FS1 or FS2 mode. Trs Mode Select the processing of the TRS code of the HDTV SDI video output signals in LS mode. Through: The TRS code of the input video signal is output as it is. If the input video signal is out of the range of synchronization, the signal can synchronize with the line direction only. Re-Generate: All codes are replaced with the TRS code created from an external reference signal.
This item is not displayed in FDL, FS1 or FS2 mode.

FS2: Frame Synchronizer 2 mode FS1: Frame Synchronizer 1 mode LS: Line Synchronizer mode FDL: Fixed Delay mode

Specify the storage made for the HDTV SDI video input signals in frame memory. Two modes are available; FREEZE mode to store a freeze picture and ON-THEFLY mode to store the picture when the button is pressed.
Direct Store ON-THE-FLY mode. The picture when the button is pressed is stored in the frame memory. Freeze FREEZE mode. The picture when the button is pressed is frozen, then stored in the frame memory. Store: The freeze picture is stored in the frame memory. Cancel: Freezing of the picture is released, and the display to select Direct Store or Freeze appears.
In LS or FDL mode, the buttons on the touch panel are dimmed, and are disabled.
Make various settings for freezing of pictures.
Freeze Mode Select the picture of the HDTV SDI video input signal as the freeze picture or frame memory picture. Field2: Field 2 picture Field1: Field 1 picture Frame: Frame memory picture
If the format of the HDTV SDI video signal is set to P or PsF, a frame memory picture is selected independently of this setting, and this item does not appear. Test Image Select the type of a test signal output for manual or auto freeze mode. Ramp: Ramp signals Color Bar: Color bar signals Auto Freeze Set Auto Freeze ON or OFF and select the output signal when set to ON. If the HDTV SDI video input signal is interrupted, the selected signal is output. If you select Video Input or Frame Memory, the signal selected with Freeze Mode is output. Black Image: Black signals are output. Test Image: Test signals are output. The type of the test signal is selected with the Test Image menu. Frame Memory: Signals stored in the frame memory are output. Video Input: When you select FS1 or FS2 mode, the HDTV SDI video signal is frozen and output. When you select FDL or LS mode, this item is not displayed. OFF: Auto Freeze does not function. Black signals are output.
If the format of the HDTV SDI video signal is set to P or PsF, a frame memory picture is selected independently of this setting, and this item does not appear. Manual Freeze Set the type of output for the Manual Freeze mode. When you select Video Input or Frame Memory, you also select the output signal. Black Image: Black signals are output. Test Image: Test signals are output. The type of the test signal is selected with the Test Image menu. Frame Memory: Signals stored in the frame memory are output. When you select the Frame, Field1 or Field2 mode on the touch panel, the selected signal is directly output. Video Input: When you select FS1 or FS2 mode, the HDTV SDI video signal is frozen and output. When you select Frame, Field1 or Field2 after touching the touch panel, the selected signal is directly output. Normal: Manual Freeze does not function.

If the format of the HDTV SDI video signal is set to P or PsF, a frame memory picture is selected independently of this setting, and this item does not appear. Video Input is not displayed in FDL or LS mode. If you select Frame, Field 1 or Field 2 for Frame Memory or Video Input, settings for freeze mode are changed.
Audio Delay Set the Audio Delay. (Setting range: 0 to 8 frames) Frame: Sets the audio delay in 0.1 frame units in FS1 or FS2 mode. Turn the control knob, or enter the value from the numeric key display on the touch panel. (setting unit: 0.1 frame, setting range: 0 to 8 frames, factory setting: 0) Word: Sets the audio delay in word (1/48000 second) units in FS1 or FS2 mode. Turn the control knob, or enter the value from the numeric key display on the touch panel. (setting range: the number of words for 0 to 0.1 frame, factory setting: 0) Clear: Clears the settings for Audio Delay. Transparent: Sets the transparent mode for audio signal in the HDTV SDI video signal in FS1 or FS2 mode. ON: Audio signals are output as they are. OFF: Only audio signals can be delayed. Audio noise will not be generated even if a jump or repeat of a picture may occur.
The list is not displayed in FDL or LS mode. If you wish to set the audio delay, set Transparent to OFF in FS1 or FS2 mode. Video H-Phase Set the video H-phase (setting range: 2.5H to +2.5H). Line: Set the video line phase in line units in LS, FS1 or FS2 mode. Turn the control knob or enter the value from the numeric key display on the touch panel (line setting range: 2, 1, 0, +1 or +2 lines, factory setting: 0). Clock: Set the video line phase in clock units in LS, FS1 or FS2 mode. Turn the control knob or enter the value from the numeric key display on the touch panel (clock setting range: clock numbers from 0.5H to +0.5H of the line setting value, factory setting: 0). Clear: Clears the video H-phase settings.
The list is not displayed in FDL mode. Video Delay Set the video delay (setting range: 0 to 2 frames). Frame: Set the video delay n frame units in FDL mode. Turn the control knob or enter the value from the numeric key display on the touch panel (line setting range: line numbers for 0 to 2 frame, factory setting: 0). Line: Set the video delay in line units in FDL mode. Turn the control knob or enter the value from the numeric key display on the touch panel (clock setting range: clock numbers fro 0 to 1 line, factory setting: 0). Clock: Set the video line phase in clock units in FDL mode. Turn the control knob, or enter the value from the numeric key display on the touch panel (clock setting range: clock numbers for 0 to 1 frame, factory setting: 0). Clear: Clears the video delay settings.

The list is not displayed in LS, FS1, or FS2 mode.

Operations

When the power is supplied to the UCP-8060, the system indicator lights in red. When initialization of the unit is finished normally, the indicator lights in green, and the Main Screen appears in the display window. You can select the menu or items or adjust the parameters displayed in the window with the jog roller, jog buttons, select buttons, and control knobs. The display window also functions as a touch panel, and you can select the menu and items, by touching on-screen objects.
Terminating the operation software
Press the select L button (Option) on the top page of this operation software. The Option Menu appears.
Turn the jog roller to select 8. Exit Application. Push the jog roller. The operation software terminates, and the Main Screen appears.

You can also select 8. Exit Application by touching in on the screen.
Selecting an Item to be Adjusted
Touch a button on the touch panel to select your desired item. The buttons are classified into three types as follows: To display the next layer To set or perform the displayed item To toggle the item On or Off For example to adjust Delay, follow the procedures below.
Turn the jog roller to select the operation software to be started on the Main Screen. Push the jog roller or the select R button (Launch). The selected operation software is activated.
Press the Delay button. The list of choice appears on the second column from the left.
Clear Delay Video Delay Audio Delay
You can select the operation software by touching the appropriate on-screen object on the Main Screen.

Auto Start Function

When the auto start function is set, the top page of this operation software appears instead of the Main Screen of the UCP-8060 when the power of the UCP-8060 is turned on. For details on setting the auto start function, refer to the Operation Manual of the UCP-8060.
Cursor (yellow) Press to select an item.
Clear all of the setting values.
Press the desired button among the displayed list. The following list of choices appears if there are any. If the button has a function to toggle On or Off, setting is changed to On or Off each time the button is pressed.

Adjustment

You can adjust the values displayed in the adjusted value display area with the control knob or directly enter the values.

Setting the Option Menu

If you press the select L button (Option) on the display, the Option Menu appears. The settings made on this menu are retained even if the power is turned off.
Adjusting using the control knob
Turn the control knob corresponding to the parameter to be adjusted.
Adjusting using the numeric key display
Touch the adjusted value display area whose value is to be adjusted. The numeric key display appears.
Default settings are as shown below.

Enter the value to be set, then press the Enter button. To trim the set value, enter the value, then press the Trim button. The numeric key display disappears, and the entered value is shown in the adjusted value display area.
To clear the entered value, press the Clear button before pressing the Enter or Trim button. To cancel the entered value Press the Cancel button.
Selecting an item to be set
Select an item using either the following two methods: Method 1 Touch an item you intend to set. Method 2

Clearing the set values

Press the Clear button. All settings for the displayed parameter will be cleared.
Turn the jog roller to highlight the item to be set. Press the jog roller.

1. Help

Shows the setting for the function buttons.

2. IP Address

You may set the Group ID (setting range: 1 to 63) and Unit ID (setting range: 1 to 254).
Select 2. IP Address. Press the jog L or R button to select an item to be changed.
Turn the jog roller to change the setting. Press the select R button (Save). The changed value is stored. If you do not change the settings, press the select L button (Cancel). To set another item, repeat steps 2 and 3.

5. Screen Saver

Set the screen saver function On or Off, and the period to start the screen saver mode (1 to 60 minutes).
Select 5. Screen Saver. Select On or Off with the jog L or R button. If you select On, set the period to start the screen saver mode. If you select Off, skip to step 7.

3. Top Page

Select the start page displayed when this software starts. Default Page: Top page is displayed. This Page: The page just before the Option Menu is selected is displayed.
Turn the jog roller to move the cursor to Elapsed Period of Time. Press the jog roller to highlight the set value. Turn the jog roller to set the period to start the screen saver mode. Press the jog roller to decide the set period. Press the select R button (Save). The set period is stored. If you do not change the settings, press the select L button (Cancel).

Select 3. Top Page. Select Default Page or This Page with the jog L or R button. Press the select R button (Save). The selection in step 2 is stored. If you do not change the settings, press the select L button (Cancel).

4. Menu Tree

Set whether to display the buttons for the first stage (Slot/ Setup/Store/Freeze/Delay) or not. When set to On, the buttons appear on the left of the display as shown below.

6. Background

Set the background color of the display window.
The color of the task bar is fixed. You cannot change the background color.

Select 4. Menu Tree. Select On or Off with the jog L or R button. Press the select R button (Save). The selection in step 2 is stored. If you do not change the settings, press the select L button (Cancel).
Yellow dot shows the color bar being adjusted.
Palette Present shows the current background color, and palette A shows the color to be adjusted. You can select any desired color from Select 1 through 4, and Default. The background color can be changed based on the color of Present, Default, and Select 1 to 4 with the following procedures. When 6. Background is selected again, the
color of Select 1 to 4 and Default returns to the original color. The color of Present only is kept.

Status Display

Press the select R button (Status), and a list of settings for the HKSP-008HD is displayed.
Select 6.Background. Select the palette to be changed. The color of the selected palette appears in A. Select a desired color bar by turning the jog roller. Press the jog L or R button to change the color. Adjust the color repeating steps 3 and 4 using three color bars.

Press the select R button (Save). The background color changes. If you do not change the color, press the select L button (Cancel).

7. Alert Sound

Set the alert sound On or Off.
Select 7. Alert Sound. Press the jog L or R button to select On or Off. Press the select R button (Save). The selection in step 2 is stored. If you do not change the settings, press the select L button (Cancel).

8. Exit Application

Terminates the operation software for the HKSP-008HD. Then Main Screen is displayed. When you press the select L button (Exit), the operation display appears.

Lock Function

The lock function disables operation of the jog roller, the jog L and R buttons, and the touch panel. To set the lock function Hold the function 1 button pressed until it lights in red. Lock will then appear on the task bar.
Error and Warning Display
When you touch the status area in error or warning status, an error or warning code is displayed. For details on the error and warning code, refer to 6-1. Error/Warning Code List in the Operation Guide for the HKSP-008HD.
You can display the Option Menu and Status Menu even if the Lock function is set. The Option Menu is operable even if the function 1 button is lit in red. The Lock function cannot be released on the Option Menu and Status Menu. When the numeric key display is displayed, the lock function cannot be set. To release the lock function Hold the function 1 button pressed until it goes out, and the lock function is released.
When you press the select L button (Back) or touch the status area, the display of the error or warning code is terminated, and the operation display appears.

The PFV-SP3100 is a 1RU signal processing unit that accommodates up to four HKSP/HKPF-SP Series function boards with a redundant power supply. The PFV-SP3300 is a 3 RU signal processing unit that accommodates up to 17 processing modules that are compliant with multi-format and multi bit-rate operation. It has two reference inputs for SD and HD signals. With an HKSP-300 processing module controller installed, PFV-SP Series processing boards can be managed via a 100Base-T Ethernet Local Area Network.
