Here are the results of the search for suitable equipment, made in Denmark in December 2007. The prices are converted from DKK to Euro (rate 7.45). For a sound project, Zoom H2 is a very good choice, as it fully meets the requirements as to functionality, quality and price. Not included in the following prices are possible extra memory and cables for microphones.

We have primarily focused on Flash memory recorders, because development is greatest in this area, and also because these units on the whole are more durable and stabile than hard disk versions.
