BT-CD Receiver Head Unit
The MEX-BT2700 features Bluetooth5 hands-free with an integrated microphone and audio streaming functionality. The MEX-BT2700 includes HFP, A2DP, and AVRCP Bluetooth5 profile support so you can sync your car stereo with your Bluetooth-enabled devices. The 13-segment LCD with bright blue fluorescent backlight makes it easy to read song information or explore your CD files and folders. Multiformat playback lets you play CDs, CD-Rs, or CD-RWs loaded with hundreds of MP3 or WMA songs1. The optional XA-120IP allows users to connect, charge, and control 2 your compatible iPod device directly from the radio. The MEX-BT2700 integrates seamlessly with Satellite Radio3 Sony Bus adaptors so you can receive digital satellite radio broadcasts. HD Radio4 capability lets you receive digital audio broadcasts when used with an optional HD Radio tuner. The MEX-BT2700 includes front, rear, and subwoofer preouts that let you build on an already powerful system with amplifiers and other components. Built-in LPF/HPF (Low Pass Filter/High Pass Filter) functionality gives you the power to customize the sound outputted to your external amplifiers and other custom components. The MEX-BT2700 delivers 52 watts of peak power to all four speakers for bass-pumping sound. The front auxiliary input lets you connect almost any portable audio device to your car's sound system. Illuminated keys help you find and select control functions in low light and complement the MEX-BT2700's blue backlit display. The included Wireless Card Remote lets you control the basic functions of your Sony Xplod system while keeping your eyes on the road.
